Praceful and cooperative residents; recently rennovated; gated community with Jain mandir, garden, walking trail, cctv, water storage, parking facility
Things need improvement
Dog menace and pigeon menace; swimming pool and club house were not completed by the builder as per his promise in the pamphlet. Builder ran away before completing the amenities

Construction of this place is quite good and reliable. People can trust the built quality of this place. Apartments are nicely constructed. Rooms are spacious and well organised. Management team is nice.
