Good things here
Malls and restaurants are nearby. there are no leakages in the flat. water supply is for 24*7. no power cut issue. society is very clean. people are cooperative and decent.

Autos are not accessible after 11pm. no modern amenities are present in the society. outside roads of the society are not properly maintained. power backup is only for common areas. apps are not being used for security.

Society me bachon ko khelne ke liye garden ke alava bhi bohot jada jagah hai. traffic issue nhi hai is society k ass pass. raat me bhi bachon our ladies ke liye bohot safe hai yaha ye mujhe bohot accha lagta hai. market pas mehi hai bus ya auto se jate hai to 5mins me pohoch jate hai. society ki cleanliness and security bohot acchi hai. basement parking hai residents ke liye and visitors parking bhi bohot acchi hai. yaha per log bohot mil ke rahete hai.

Society me gym hai per uske liye alag se charges hai , and clubhouse me agar ko program karna ho to uske bhi alag se charges dene padate hai, maintenance charges me included nhi hai. summer me pani ka bohot issue hota hai, drinking water properly available nhi hota hai.

Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is good with easy availability of public transport nearby. Construction quality is good with no seepage and leakage issues. Paintings are done timely. Amenities like play ground, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Garbage removal is also done timely. Parking lot is provided. The neighborhood is friendly and cooperative and celebrates all festivals and events together. The security system is well maintained.
Things need improvement
Society provides all basic features though Malls and Markets are not present nearby for shopping.

The only positive aspect is that there is a school within the society, and the people in the society are good, with pleasant behavior.
Things need improvement
There are cracks on the walls in various places, and maintenance services are not satisfactory because maintenance is not given much attention. Cleanliness is lacking, and maintenance services are not provided adequately according to the charges. There is no hospital available near the society, and the roads are not well-maintained, affecting connectivity. The clubhouse exists but is not well-maintained, and other amenities are lacking, including a swimming pool

The society provides amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, and regular maintenance. There hasn't been any issue with water supply for the past two years.
Things need improvement
There is no power backup and power cuts occur occasionally. There are no street lights on DS road, leading to darkness. Sometimes, the lift in the society stops working. Auto-rickshaws are not readily available, causing inconvenience. Those with their own vehicles don't face these issues, but others do.

There's a good connectivity of the society, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Metro is also nearby the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The society is properly maintained and kept clean. Regularly Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society Amenities like gym, club house, play ground and parks is available in the society CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. All the cultural festivals and events are also celebrated together, people are very friendly.

the malls are a bit far from the society, approximately 2 kilometers away. Additionally, there is no swimming pool available within the society.

daily use items used to get easily available. water supply was 24*7 no issues. security was good in the society. all modern amenities are present and well maintained. society is clean and never had leakages or seepages. people are decent.
Things need improvement
connectivity was big issue it is better to have own vehicle since auto and bus had very low frequency. shopping malls were not nearby.

The maintenance related issues are not resolved immediately. Water and electricity supply is very irregular. Shops are very distant.

Good things here
Auto rickshaws are available near the society. There's a market nearby, and traffic is not an issue. Water is available 24/7, and the society is clean. We have a gym, play area, and garden in the society. There haven't been any issues with leakage or seepage. The walls are free from cracks. The people living in the society are very nice.
Things need improvement
Malls, the airport, and the railway station are not located near the society; one has to travel a distance to reach them. There is no swimming pool in the society.
