The club facilities in the society are fabulous, and the layout of the flats is well-designed.

Internal maintenance is not covered by the facilities provided by the society.

Good things here
It's a fantastic society with wonderful residents. The facilities, including the pool, gym, and restaurant with delicious food, are excellent. While it may be a bit costly, it's definitely worth the investment considering the peaceful and calming atmosphere.

Good things here
The maintenance of the society is excellent, and the club facilities are top-notch. Additionally, the presence of a pet park adds to the appeal, along with ample space for walking in the park. The construction quality is impressive, with no seepage issues observed. Moreover, the lifts in the society are spacious and well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The guards and other security members of the society are very strict and sometimes make residents anxious by asking lots of questions for confirmation.

Neighborhood is very peaceful and safe for walking and everything in close reach from shopping mall to school and market along with hospital. However, ceilings of my home are peeling off and bathroom fittings are not so great.

Presence of numerous IT companies like TCS, Accenture, Infosys, and cognizant haven’t affected the prices of apartments here. I live here for over a year now and will recommend the place strongly.

Brigade Lakefront is so reasonable in budget for residents like us. You will love ambiance of project. So much greenery and open space for walking. Excellent facility of pool and gym for ultimate fitness and then relaxation.

A premium housing hub offering residential apartments, duplexes, penthouses and villas. This project has nice surroundings with easy availability of types of basic facilities like banks, ATMs, schools, colleges, hospitals, malls, markets nearby. The connectivity is so good that the cabs mostly reach on time as there are no traffic issues. Power and water supply is excellent and available 24*7 round the year. There are almost no crimes happening inside or outside the area so the crime rate is also low.
