There is a great availability for schools,hospitals,malls in my locality.there is easily accessible local markets and Malls nearby.

I feel safe and secure at night with my family.Some pets are doing irritating things . please control them.There are some irritating sounds outside my home.

a small badminton court..small garden and gym facilities available for society members...garden is really good... multi-speciality hospital is 500 metre away...mall and clothing store restaurant are nearby... connectivity is also really good city bus stand and auto are easily available...metro station is 1km away... cleanliness is really good no garbage and dirtiness at any place...
Things need improvement
main problem is security..as only one security guard without night shift many time he is absent and ouside people cone in complex area... neighbours are frequently fighting for small excuses...lift is frequently not working is also big problem...not much police petroling in this area so not safe in night...traffic signal and main road is nearby so vehicle horns and noise pollution is also a problem..

The society is very neat and clean.The society is vey hygienic.There are best quality street lights.I am welling to walk at night.I feel safe and secure at night with my family.

There is some bad smell outside my house.There are some irritating sounds outside my home.Some pets are doing irritating things . please control them.

Good things here
This society is well maintained and fully furnished. The design of buildings are so beautiful. The structure of this society is fantastic. This society is fully safe and secure for women also. Here CCTV cameras are installed everywhere for security. On main Door Watchmen and security guard are appointed. overall a amazing society.

This society is amazing. There is often Police Patrolling in night, that's good. Streets are kept always neet and clean.

The electricity is always available the costs of the charge is very good.No there has been not any history of any crime. the malls and the market all are nearby available. The locality is very well mainted

the dislike thing about this locality is that there is a problem of power cuts in this locality. this is not working twenty four hours in a whole day. and the second thing is that there is no cleaning in this locality. there is so much dust in this locality which is not helpful for the health of the people of this locality.

sushant lok 1 is famous residential area located in Gurgaon, Haryana. it is well known for its residential colonies and also for commercial establishments. The best thing about this locality is that it is near to Gold course road and is easily accessible from Delhi and other areas of gurgaon via NH 48. This area is considered to be posh area as this locality is established very planned and with best infrastructure.
Things need improvement
The biggest issue with this area is Traffic congestion and other drawback is that property prices are very high due to the available amenities makes it less affordable for some individuals or families looking to buy. The other drawback is water shortage, there is a problem of water shortage in this area.

The best society in gurgaon. It is my guarantee that you will not face any issues related to facility it has. The eceltricity charges are taken as announced by government. No issues will be faced related to transportation facilities in the neighbourhood. It is even safe to walk during nighttime with family and near to this locality all great schools and hospitals are there.

No complaints about this locality as it is the best locality to be noted in gurgaon. Only few localities contains the facilities like this. Loved it 😀😀
