Good things here
Cabs and autos are easily accessible nearby. Roads are wide and society is on the main road. Maintenance is satisfactory with no water supply and water logging issues. Construction quality of the society is also satisfactory with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. CCTVs and Elevators are installed in the premises. A parking lot is there. Residents are decent.
Things need improvement
Having explored various aspects and analyzed the user's preferences, they found it challenging to identify numerous dislikes. However they noted that Transportation connectivity is not that great as public transport options like buses and metro are not available nearby.

Good things here
Gym, pool, club house sab tha aur well maintained tha. Neighbours bhi bohot achche the. Peaceful environment tha society mai. Flats sahi hain
Things need improvement
Connectivity aise koi khaas nahi thi. Ek kachcha sa rasta tha, jisse commute karne mai badi dikkat hoti thih. Market area bas essential needs ke liye tha. Pehle public transport toh nahi tha, baad mai e-rickshaw aur buses shuru ho gayi thi. Market 2-3 km door thi. Maintenance ek private company kar rahi thi, wo toh theek se maintian nahi karti thi. Kaafi issues the maintenanc ko lekar, kaafi residents ne wahan complaint bhi ki thi. Construction quality bhi kaafi kharab thi. Rainy season mai multi level parking jo thi socirty ki, usme paani bbhar jata tha aur society mai bhi pani bhar jata tha. Drainage ka toh provision tha hi nahi poori society mai ya parking area mai. Jo mere kuch known wahan rehte hain wo bata rahe hain ki kuch had tak ab improvement hui hai wahan.

Good things here
Garbage cleaning hota hai time se. Hygiene maintain hota hai. Maintenance charges bhi reasonable hain. Water supply bhi accha hai. Neighbours acche hain usmein koi problem nahi hain.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not so good, Maintenance bhi bas average hai. Painting nahi hota hai society mein time to time. Connectivity bohot kharab hai yahan, public transport nahi hai yahan, auto, buses nahi milta hain. Even cabs bhi nahi aati hai. Seepage/leakage ka issue hai. Balcony hai lekin kuch na kuch toot jaata hai toh woh humein khud hi theek karana padhta hai apne paiso se. Amenities hain swimming pool, gym, clubhouse - lekin kuch bhi theek se maintain nahi hota hai.

2-3 km to go market,mall.power backup is there but 16 rs/unit. little bit of paint problem

Good things here
The society has got the good connectivity as public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. Railway station is nearby the society. The society is highway connected. Society is kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Garbage collections are done on time. Elevators are properly functioning. Buildings are very spacious and properly ventilated. All bedroom have got Balcony attached with it. Tennis lawn, badminton court, foodball ground are available in the society. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are educated and cooperative in the society, some festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. The society is very safe for kids.
Things need improvement
Malls, metro and bus stops are a bit far from the society. It's half an hour away from the society. Sometimes Water logging issues are faced specially during rainy season. Seepage and leakage issues are very commonly seen, plaster quality is not good. Construction quality is not upto the mark. Sometimes during summers water supply issues are faced but not a major one.

Good things here
The area has good transportation options like the metro, Ola, Uber, and auto-rickshaws. There's a market and a school nearby. The society gets painted timely. The gym, clubhouse, and swimming pool are well taken care of. Mobile network connectivity is good, and our neighbors are friendly.
Things need improvement
The construction quality of all the flats is not entirely good as there are issues with seepage and leakage.

Only cabs are available for easy connectivity. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society. Mobile network issues are not faced.

The major issues in the society is there are no nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants outside the society. The connectivity is very poor, public transports are not available easily near the society. The constructuion quality is very bad in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Ceilings and balcony construction is very bad, these are falling off. The maintainanace of the society is not good, society areas are not maintained properly. Paintings in common areas are not done on time. Sometimes water logging issues are faced during rainy season. Drainange system is not good around the society. Road constructions are going on outside the society which makes transportation difficult and traffic issues are faced a lot. Power backup is not available in the society. Power cuts happens sometimes and it takes a long time for the electricity to come back.

Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house,park, play area for kids are available in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are done on time in the society. No such major electricity issues are faced. Covered parking spaces are available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.

Water supply issues are faced a lot. Drinking water was not available all the time. Street dogs used to get inside the society premises.
