Good things here
This is a cornered flat having natural light in all rooms and better ventilation due to 4 balconies. It is surrounded by gardens on both the ground and first floors. Additionally, it offers various amenities such as a jogging area, basketball court, swimming pools, gym, and entertainment facilities within the society, providing a perfect blend of relaxation and recreation.
Things need improvement
Internal conveyance not available from society gate up to the building. Power backup is not yet available.

The local areas of HG Emerald Greens Phase I is much polluted as well as very congested with people. Hence, the society where HG Emerald Greens Phase I is clean and clear.

The entrance of this residential property is very attractive as it is decorated with several colourful lights. Nearby roads are not so maintained and no spread breakers are created there which is often problematic.

HG Emerald Greens Phase I is a beautifully structured housing complex which is developed near Chitora Road, Flyover, Gwalior. The neighbourhood is a safe place to stay alone or with family members.

The construction quality of this residential complex is average but the maintenance charges are quite affordable. CCTV cameras are installed at the entrance and some other parts of HG Emerald Greens Phase I.

Each apartment is designed to match the requirements of the customers which is beneficial for a vast number of customers. Free wi-fi connectivity and a nicely decorated garden are also there.
