This society is conveniently located on a road with schools, clinics, supermarkets, shopping malls, and food stalls within walking distance. The apartment is well-maintained and equipped with amenities such as badminton and tennis courts, a cricket pitch, gym, and swimming pool. There is ample space for walking and running within the society premises. Additionally, the flats offer spacious carpet areas, with 2BHK units featuring three balconies for added comfort and convenience.
Things need improvement
As the society is nearly 9-10 years old, some walls adjacent to bathrooms experience seepage issues. Additionally, during peak hours, there may be traffic jams in front of the society gate.

The carrom and table tennis areas have been moved aside, and the badminton court is not suitable for intermediate play due to inadequate height. The swimming pool lacks a changing area, and at times, the water has an unpleasant odor and appears discolored.

The construction quality is poor, making it difficult to drill properly. The pipelines have rusted, and there are issues with the management committee, as they are allegedly involved in taking bribes. Additionally, there are concerns about a corrupt electrician within the society.

Additionally, strict security measures are in place, requiring outsiders to state their purpose for entry and whom they wish to meet. CCTV cameras are strategically placed throughout the society to enhance safety and security for all residents.
Things need improvement
While there's nothing I particularly dislike about the society, there are some minor concerns. The cost of 2BHK flats, ranging from 50-70 lakhs, seems high, but it's common for Bangalore. Additionally, since people of all ages reside here, occasional noise disturbances from celebrations by bachelors or college students can be bothersome to other residents.

the society is well connected to the other parts of the city through good transportation and there are a lot of public transport options available. cabs and autos are all available and rickshaws are also available. all basic needs are catered to.
