The society is excellent because it has good construction, enjoyable recreational activities, and members who are also good.
Things need improvement
Overall, everything is good; the price is reasonable, and all the amenities are available within the society premises, so there isn't much to dislike about the society.

Good things here
Residents enjoy harmonious celebrations during festivals and benefit from excellent connectivity with high availability of services like Ola and Uber. Power backup is reliable, construction quality outstanding, and the swimming pool well-maintained.
Things need improvement
The society needs more space for a children's play area and Kaveri water supply to meet the residents' needs and provide a better living environment for families.

I moved out of this society approximately five years ago. During my time there, all the facilities were satisfactory, and residents had no major complaints. The society's connectivity was good, with schools, supermarkets, and medical stores easily accessible within walking distance. Bus stops were also nearby. The maintenance facilities were commendable, ensuring that all common areas were clean and hygienic. Power backup options were excellent through the generator, and amenities such as play areas, a swimming pool, a gym, and parking were well-maintained. Security for residents' safety was also good.
Things need improvement
There are no major problems in this society so there is nothing to dislike about the society.

In this society, residents enjoy access to excellent amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, and swimming pool, all of which are well-maintained with regular check-ups. The parking options are ample, providing sufficient space for residents' vehicles. Moreover, the surroundings have good greenery both inside and outside the society. The connectivity of the society is superb, with convenient transportation options including nearby bus stops within walking distance and a nearby metro station. Additionally, there are a lot of schools located within a 1km radius of the society. The society has a reliable water supply and outstanding power backup facilities, all at reasonable maintenance charges. Furthermore, the flats are well-ventilated, ensuring a comfortable living environment for all residents.
Things need improvement
The maintenance facilities for cleaning services in common areas and corridors should be upgraded. Additionally, the occasional non-functionality of the elevators also requires improvement.

Connectivity like cabs and autos are easily available outside of the society. Public transportation like buses is available nearby the society. The water facility is very good in the society. People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society, and there is also a visitors parking area. Public transportation like buses is available opposite to the society; there is a bus stand. Amenities like swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and indoor games are well-maintained in the society. There is a visitors parking area inside and outside of the society, which is convenient. Maintenance charges are very reasonable in the society. Schools are also nearby the society within a walkable distance.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor in the society. There are seepage issues in bathrooms. It is an old building. There are a lot of cracks on walls in the society. Road quality is also poor in the society. Facilities like markets and supermarkets are not available nearby the society.

People are very friendly and cooperative in the society. Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society if we book Ola and Uber. Water facility is very good in the society, available 24/7. The community is very good. Power backup is also available in the society. Garbage collection is very good; they collect daily at a particular time. Ventilation is also good, as the flat is full of sunlight.
Things need improvement
Public transportation like buses is not available nearby the society; it is 2 kilometers away from the society. Maintenance charges are expensive in the society. Parking space is also not very spacious in the society.

VGK Vainavi Apartments strives to improve people's life by creating new standards in customer service, architectural design, quality, and safety. Although the building is of great quality and requires little maintenance, the roadways are well maintained and kept clean. The jogging track and lush green park make you feel light and fresh. You will feel safer if you have CCTV cameras installed by security pros. Because public transportation is easily accessible and there is minimal traffic congestion outside, cabs arrive on time. Schools, universities, and markets are all close by, so you can be there in a matter of minutes.

The apartments at Negoce Auroville Greens were designed with excellent public transport connectivity in mind. Almost all of the major schools and colleges are within walking distance. However, you may have to walk a little for grocery shopping, but the benefits of this location outweigh any minor drawbacks, and I would recommend this project to anyone wishing to purchase a nice apartment or flat in this area. It's a destination for those who value a high standard of living because you get what you pay for. As a result, the residences are well-built, and maintenance is done regularly.
