The greatest benefit for residents in this society is that everything is conveniently located and well-connected, making it easy to access nearby amenities.

The main issue in this society is that sometimes there isn't enough electricity and water available.

Good things here
The greenery of the society is very good and spacious. The water facility is also very good in the society. Power backup is readily available. Garbage collection is excellent; they collect both wet and dry waste separately. Ventilation in my flat is excellent. People are very friendly in the society; they celebrate every festival together. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society. Construction quality is good; there are no leakage or seepage issues in the society.
Things need improvement
Connectivity options such as cabs and autos are not available in the society. Public transportation like buses is also lacking, which is inconvenient. Additionally, maintenance charges in the society are expensive.

Connectivity options like cabs and autos are easily available in the society. Public transportation, such as buses, is nearby and within walking distance. The water facility in the society is excellent, and there's also a reliable power backup. Garbage collection is efficient. Ventilation in the flat is very good due to multiple windows, ensuring a constant supply of fresh air. Grocery stores and supermarkets are conveniently located within the vicinity of the society. Parking spaces are ample and spacious, including a designated visitors' parking area. Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, table tennis, badminton court, kids play area, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
Maintenance charges are expensive in the society, approximately 3 rupees per square foot. Additionally, the construction quality is poor, with some cracks on the walls in the society. There is also some pollution due to the proximity of the main road, resulting in noise and air pollution in the society.

Amenities like a swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, playground, table tennis, badminton court, and indoor games are available and well-maintained in the society. Facilities such as supermarkets, markets, and malls are also nearby within walking distance of the society.
Things need improvement
Public transportation options like buses are not available nearby the society, which is inconvenient. However, a metro station is under construction approximately 3 kilometers away from the society. Roads within the society are not very spacious, and the parking area is also limited in space.

I have has offered me all that I wanted. Happy to report that the project is very good with a garden, open space. The overall locality is a safe neighborhood but the water logging problem is there during heavy rainfall. it is big enough to set furniture and overall interior. Waiting to get my home possession.

The interior of this project is spacious and we also have a balcony to sit and relax. A Clubhouse, gym, indoor squash, banquet hall, and other modern amenities are available. Overall, I liked the overall construction work.

I have bought a flat here and I must say it is the best project and is in the interior of the main city. Nevertheless, under construction, the quality of work is promising. Modern amenities caught my attention; Also, it is close to my workplace. Since I am a married boy, the children's pool and multi-purpose hall are the best facilities.

Summitt is not a good place to live , as i bought a flat here in 2019 , but after shifting i came to know the quality of building is not even avg , the maintenance is very high , even the association peoples are not supporting
