Good things here
Aas pass pollution kam hai. area bohot cool hai, 1–2-degree cooler than other area. no noise, very peaceful area. inside security was good guards were there. people were good and used to celebrate every festival cooperatively. water supply 24*7 available tha.
Things need improvement
Auto kbhi kbhi milti thi kbhi nhi milti thi. mainly night ke time pe auto milna mushkil tha. society ke bahar secure nhi lagta tha bahar thode Adivasi log rahete the vo kbhi kbhi bohot violent ho jate the. society ka construction quality bohot kharab tha kbhi kbhi barish ke mausam me building jamin me gad jati thi. lifts bohot kharb raheti thi. flats owners ke pass occupancy certificate nhi tha to vo log flat pr loan nhi le sakte the. pass me hi film city hai ek bar kisi ko society ke pass me film ka set banaana tha use permission nhi mili dusre ko mili to pahele vale ne dusre ka murder kr diya. society me koi modern amenities available nhi hai. local railway station bohot dur tha. market mall or restaurant kuch bhi pass me nhi tha. leakage ka to bohot issue tha. monsoon ke time pe to auto bus kuch bhi nhi milta tha.

Good things here
Quality of the construction was good and there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.Allocated parking was available for owners and visitors.High safety inside as well outside the society as there were peoper street lights on the connecting road and in the society all the areas were under cctv survilance.Crowd of the people was really good ,helpful and coperative.
Things need improvement
Connectivity was an major draw back for the society ,as it was bit inside from the main road so auto and cabs were not easily available.Railway station was 4km away and bus stop was 1km away from the society.There was zero amaneities available in the society only lift was there.

Good things here
There is no such water supply issues in the society. Power backup is available in the society, so there were no major electricity issues that are faced. This society is kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collections are also done properly on time. Playground for kids are available in the society. connectivity of the society is convinient, public transports like auto, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. local shops, super markets and grocery stores are available nearby the society. construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments Security system is good. Security guards are available, CCTV cameras are installed all over the society. People are decent and educated staying in this society.
Things need improvement
Facilities and amenities like gym, swimming pool, club house are not available in the society. Water logging issues are faced more or less in Mumbai a lot spacially in rainy season, the that's common in this society as well. Balcony is available but it is very small.

Good things here
The build quality is really great as there are no leakages or seepage issues in the apartment. The railway and metro are just 4 km away from the society, and local bus services are available with good frequency. People are really good, as all the cultural events and programs are celebrated in the society, and they are very cooperative. Maintenance charges are quite reasonable in the society, and we have spacious balconies that ensure proper ventilation in the rooms. CCTVs are installed in all the areas, ensuring the safety of the residents.
Things need improvement
The quality of approach roads is really poor, and there are waterlogging issues during the rainy season, especially. There are no amenities in the society. The lift is also small, and the parking area is limited in the society. Biometric facilities are not available in the society.

Public transports like auto, buses, rikshaws, cabs are easily available outside the society, the connectivity is good around the society. There are local shops, super markets and grocery stores, available nearby the society. Spacious Balcony is available in the society. The construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments
Things need improvement
There is some major problem with water supply, major water supply issues are faced in the society. Metro is not available nearby the society. Other Amenities like gym, swimming pool are not available in the society.

Good things here
Auto rickshaws are available near the society. Residents are very friendly; we celebrate all festivals together. The flats are well-ventilated with plenty of sunlight. Security is good, and the lifts are well maintained.
Things need improvement
Water for our building comes from a tanker and the society's borewell, but it only comes once a day, so we have to store it. The roads outside the society are in bad condition, causing traffic issues. Even the roads inside the society are not good. Parking is available for owners, but tents have to be parked outside. The society needs painting, and there are no modern amenities available.
