Public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. The connectivity of the society is convinient. CCTV and lifts are properly functional in the society. The construction quality of the buildings is well maintained, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments
Metro station far from the society. Amenities and facilities like gym, park, club house play area for kids are not available in the society. I stay out the whole day so I'm not aware how the neighbours are in the society.

The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, buses, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. No such major electricity issues is faced. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Drainage system is good, water logging issues are not faced. Lift is available and maintained properly.
Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. Roads outside the society was in a very bad condition at that time as road constructions were going on.

There are nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants available outside the society. The society is well connected on main road. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. There are no water logging problems around the society. Basement parking is available. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society. Lifts work properly Timely issues are resolved by the maintainance team in the society. Maintainance charges are affordable. Overall construction quality of the buildings is good, seepage and leakage issues are not seen in the apartments Balcony is also available. Security system is good Security guards are available. CCTV cameras are installed and functions properly. There are also safety features available like fire estinguishers. At night the society is safe. People are educated and cooperative in the society, some festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Roads outside the society are somewhat in bad condition but recently it is improved. Bus stops are quite far from the society, If someone depends on public transport then that is an issue as public transports like auto, buses, cabs are not available easily outside the society. Metro is very far from the society. Amenities are not made in this building.

Market areas around the societies have been developed. Hospitals and schools are also there near the society. There is a parking in the society. CCTVs and Elevators are installed. Residents are friendly and cooperative.
The area around the society doesn't provide a lot of basic facilities, being far from the main Gurgaon. The main road connectivity is not good from society. Water logging issues exist outside the society. Construction quality is also poor with some seepage issues. Plaster and fittings are also not up to the mark. Amenities like gym and clubhouse are not available. The costs for maintenance are excessively high, and the quality of services offered does not align with the charges.

The other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids all are under construction and it is not functional at the moment in the society.

The society is not maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly not maintained. Garbages collection is not done on time. Water supply is not good in the society. Drinking water is not avilable for 24*7 in the society. Water quality is very bad, smelly water comes from the washroom. Dog owners makes the society dirty by loitering the dogs around the society. Maintainance charges are high. Metro is very far from the society. auto, buses are not available easily outside the society. The constructuion quality is not good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society. Wall quality is not good. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are not available in the society. People are not friendly and cooperative in the society

The maintenance quality is overall fine, the hygiene and cleanliness is well maintained. Electricity is available 24/7. The construction quality is also fine as no seepage and termite issues. Elevators are installed. There is a small play area. The paintings are done timely.
The transportation connectivity is average as autos and cabs are not easily available, it takes time. The water quality is very bad and often smells. The security guards are not provided timely fees. Some leakage issues does exist in the one building. The people living in the neighborhood are very rude and create many problems. They get into fights very often. They created a lot of noise pollution around the area. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available in the premises. The parking lot is not well maintained.

Balconies hai har flats mein. Mall, market hai society ke paas. Baccho ke khelne ke liye parks hain, Lifts bhi hai society mein.
Third class hai maintenance. Kaafi problems hain. Maintenance mein kuch bhi kaam nahi hota, cleanliness nahi hota hai. Plumber ko bulao woh bolta hai hamara kaam nahi hai, Electrician ko bulao woh bolta hai hamara kaam nahi hai. Ola, Uber nahi aate hain , cancel kardete hain. Amenities like gym , clubhouse, swimming pool these all are under construction.

Connectivity ka koi issue nahi hai, location achi hai society ki. Sab available hai aas paas. Construction quality bhi sahi hai, I personally do not have any seepage issue in my flat, he said. Water & power supply is satisfactory. Neighbours acche hain society ke mere.
Thoda bohot seepage toh hota hi hai har society mein. No facilities like gym, swimming pool & clubhouse in society. Builder paise khaata hai, kaam and kharcha nahi karta kuch. Garbage collection ka issue hai. Maintenance agency is not working up to the mark.

Transportation connectivity near the society is quite poor, autos and rikshaws are not easily accessible. Routes connectivity is also not good. Malls and markets are quite distant from the society, need to travel to access them. Drainage and Water logging issues outside the premises do exist. Construction quality near the society is also poor. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are not available.

Amenities such as a clubhouse and badminton court were available, and residents celebrated festivals together.
Transportation connectivity was not so good, necessitating the use of personal transportation due to the lack of public transport options. The roads were also not in good condition. CCTVs were only in common areas, not available everywhere, and the outer area is not very safe. There are no gyms and swimming pools, and the residents include a mixed crowd.

Water supply is a major issue in the society. There are very limited options available in terms of market areas. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area for kids are not available in the society. construction quality of the buildings is not good, seepage and leakage issues and plaster quality issues seen a lot. The issues that are complained are not resolved on time by the management.
