Good things here
Celebration of the festivals are just grand and all the people are quite participative and coperative,all the national and religious festivals are celebrated in the society frequently.Connectivity is just excellent and even there are many upcoming projects regarding the connectivity in the society.Local transport and public transport are 2 min away from the society.All the amneities are available in the society and everything is well equipped and maintained.24/7 water and electricity supply available in the society.Allocated parking space for owners and visitors is available in the society.High security system and cleaniness is top notch in the society.
Things need improvement
Build quality is subjective to the apartment as some of the apartment are facing leakage and seepage issues and some are not.During covid most of the owners did not provided rent excemption and even after pandemic there is sudden increase in rent by 30% so most of the tenants left the society and according to the upcoming connectivity project rent is going on higher side again.

The area is easily accessible by all modes of transport, with schools, hospitals, and malls nearby. Aarey Jungle adds to the natural beauty. The Dindoshi bus depot offers transportation in all directions. Major banks are within walking distance. While more parks are needed, traffic is managed well, and there's a nearby police station. Temples, churches, and mosques cater to religious needs. There are no issues with electricity and water supply, and the area is safe with proper surveillance. Friendly locals and a variety of shops meet basic needs, including diverse food outlets. The nearby market offers everything one might need, and it's close to the Western Express Highway and the local station.
Things need improvement
During peak hours, traffic congestion is a major issue due to the densely populated area. There is a lack of open space and greenery, as well as insufficient areas for social gatherings or public meetings. Parking space is limited, and there's a need for a 24/7 medical store nearby. Implementing rainwater harvesting systems in all houses and buildings would also be beneficial.

This building receives the most positive review for its excellent maintenance and pleasant park. The availability of car parking is also appreciated. However, the highlight is undoubtedly the beautiful park.

JP Decks, located in Goregaon East, is a well-maintained apartment complex ideal for families and loved ones. It offers a wide range of facilities and amenities, ensuring a hygienic and comfortable living environment for residents.
Things need improvement
One downside is that the apartment is situated along the main highway, which can lead to occasional traffic jams causing inconvenience for residents.

It's a good place with frequent police patrolling, ensuring safety. The maintenance services are commendable, and the roads are well-maintained. Additionally, there is easy availability of cabs and autos, making transportation convenient.

The area is excessively crowded, leading to high pollution levels. There is limited space for walking and vehicle movement, and garbage on the roads adds to the challenges of the environment.

Good things here
The building's security system is top-notch, and it offers convenient multi-floor parking. Plus, the nearby metro line, currently under construction, is set to open by the end of the year. The road connections are excellent, and there's a plethora of retail shops and the Oberoi mall nearby, making it a convenient and bustling area.
Things need improvement
The building is far from the railway station, and nearby roads can sometimes have traffic issues.

The positive aspects of this place include its proximity to essential amenities such as general stores, malls, parks, hospitals, pharmacies, and schools. Bus stations are conveniently located nearby, and the railway station is only 2.5 kilometers away, making transportation easy. The maintenance of the place is excellent, and even during the monsoon season, there are no issues with water leakage.
Things need improvement
The main negatives are that the crowd around the tower is of lower quality and during peak times, traffic can be overwhelming. Additionally, during the monsoon season, water accumulates on the roads and at the entrance of the tower. Lastly, the presence of a few stray dogs can make new visitors feel unsafe.

This place is in a prime location with excellent amenities. It offers a clean and pleasant environment, with good food options and spacious seating areas. The location is convenient, providing easy access to all basic necessities. The outside view from the upper floors is delightful, and the buildings are well-constructed with quality materials. Metro connectivity is also good, making it a peaceful and desirable place to live.
Things need improvement
The managing committee has strict rules against pets, which can be a downside for pet owners. While the area is generally safe at night, it may not be considered very safe. Additionally, there can be traffic congestion at certain times.
