Good things here

Celebration of the festivals are just grand and all the people are quite participative and coperative,all the national and religious festivals are celebrated in the society frequently.Connectivity is just excellent and even there are many upcoming projects regarding the connectivity in the society.Local transport and public transport are 2 min away from the society.All the amneities are available in the society and everything is well equipped and maintained.24/7 water and electricity supply available in the society.Allocated parking space for owners and visitors is available in the society.High security system and cleaniness is top notch in the society.

Things need improvement

Build quality is subjective to the apartment as some of the apartment are facing leakage and seepage issues and some are not.During covid most of the owners did not provided rent excemption and even after pandemic there is sudden increase in rent by 30% so most of the tenants left the society and according to the upcoming connectivity project rent is going on higher side again.

Temples, churches, and mosques cater to religious needs. There are no issues with electricity and water supply, and the area is safe with proper surveillance. Friendly locals and a variety of shops meet basic needs, including diverse food outlets. The nearby market offers everything one might need, and it's close to the Western Express Highway and the local station.

During peak hours, traffic congestion is a major issue due to the densely populated area. There is a lack of open space and greenery, as well as insufficient areas for social gatherings or public meetings. Parking space is limited, and there's a need for a 24/7 medical store nearby. Implementing rainwater harvesting systems in all houses and buildings would also be beneficial.
