Good things here
The club offers a wide range of indoor and outdoor games, along with separate swimming pools for men and women. Nearby, you'll find the Yazoo Entertainment Park with modern rides. Within 500 meters, there are various shops and eateries like D-mart, Big Bazaar, McDonald's, Domino's, Subway, and Monginis. Additionally, there's the Temple Garden Shopping Mall and a gym nearby. For added convenience, petrol pumps and railway stations are all within a 1-kilometer radius.
Things need improvement
At times, there might be a shortage of public transportation, and occasional power failures can occur in the area.

This place is fantastic, especially with Yazoo Park nearby. The climate is amazing, and you can even catch a glimpse of Jivdani Temple.

Good things here
This high-class society in Virar West offers stunning views from its 14th floor. The management staff is highly supportive, and there's a play area and garden on the first floor. The garden area provides ample space for playing box cricket as well.
Things need improvement
Initially, there were issues with BMC water supply, but now we receive it regularly. However, there's no public bus transportation from the society to Virar railway station, and auto fares, especially in Virar West, tend to be slightly high.

This society is ideal for living, featuring a beautiful garden, well-ventilated spaces with ample natural light, strategic location offering excellent connectivity and accessibility to public transport. Additionally, it provides power backup, a swimming pool, and parks for children.
Things need improvement
The society lacks sufficient parks, often leading to crowding, and faces occasional traffic jams. The maintenance service, despite being charged at a higher rate, is not up to the mark. Lift malfunctions are common, and there's a notable issue with parking space.
