Good things here
The society hosts vibrant celebrations for festivals like Ganesh Chaturthi and Diwali, conveniently located near the main road. It offers proximity to metro, bus stops, hospitals, and schools, with 24-hour water and power availability. It is the largest society in the vicinity.
Things need improvement
There is a leakage issue on the ground floor of the building, necessitating prompt attention and maintenance to avoid additional damage and inconvenience to residents.

Good things here
The society's location is serene and peaceful. Amenities within the society are easily accessible without any restrictions. These amenities include a clubhouse with a spacious gym, a swimming pool, and multiple play areas such as tennis courts, badminton courts, basketball courts, and children's play areas. Parking options are ample. Additionally, there are bus stops and a few international schools within a radius of 1 to 2 kilometers from the society. The security systems are excellent, equipped with CCTV systems, and a good number of staff. Maintenance facilities are excellent, with no issues regarding water supply, good power backup options, and regular garbage collection, along with cleaning in common areas.
Things need improvement
The community's connectivity is not great due to the absence of major hospitals and a metro station nearby. Furthermore, the construction quality is poor, evidenced by numerous issues with leakage and seepage.

Good things here
The water facility is very good in the society. Power backup is available in the society. Garbage collection is very good in the society. Ventilation in the flats is very good. Amenities like the swimming pool, clubhouse, gym, kids' play area, and table tennis are also well-maintained in the society. The walking area is very spacious, and the greenery is also very good in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable.
Things need improvement
Connectivity options like cabs and autos are not available in the society. The clubhouse is not well-maintained in the society. The construction quality is poor, with some seepage issues in bathrooms and problems with the flushes. Additionally, there is no public transportation near the society.

It has lived up to all my expectations. Then there are all these large offices, boutiques, restaurants, pubs, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals at almost arm's length. The facilities are superb; Especially appreciate the sports facilities, lap pool and spa, and jacuzzi among other things.
