It is very difficult to live here. There is traffic at some point. roads very small not a big size . MSEB does not come back quickly after the light is cutoff. There is no IT park. Not available garden n mall cinema. There is no true school. There is no college. There is no development.

It is a good location to stay, with some good amenities including hospitals nearby, markets, schools and colleges, and also cyber stores and banks. Also I like the nice weather here and the ambience. The roads are god and parks are well maintained. Safety issues are there with slightly high crime rates.

The area is decent and I must say that the environment is too bad either. Pollution issues are not there and schools are also in proximity along with hospitals. Night safety is also good here. However, roads still require improvement in a few areas. If you have your vehicle, then it is fine since metro and transport access are not there. Street lighting needs improvement.

The roads are nice and also public transportation is available without any hitch. It is only walking distance to markets and electricity condition is good here. It is safest during then night and police does patrolling also. But parks are not maintained well and there is water shortage.

The NIBM M Marts takes care of daily essentials in the locality by Dorabjee and also the D Mart. Of course, the National Institute of Bank Management is also available and the Veer Savarkar Swimming Pool too. The railway network is also accessible, but more schools needed. Mosquito issue is there at night.

The residential zone is located near schools, hospitals, markets, and other infra along with being near the highway. The upcoming ring road is also quite nearby. But power cuts are sometimes frequent and cleanliness should be way better. Metro access is not present for residents.

There are no good hospitals in this locality and people has to travel far during emergency. This delays the timely treatement. Power cuts are also frequent in this area and people are not able to watch TV and this is very frustrating.

The footpaths are encroached by street vendors as they sit and sell their products making it difficult for people to walk on foothpath. There are no street lights at present which needs to be provided for safe travel during night.

Transportation in this area needs improvement as commuting is very difficult. One has to rely on app based cabs who charge quite a lot as compared to other modes of transportation. The drainage system also needs improvement as during monsoon the situation become worse.

There is too much of power cuts in this area which is inconvenient for residents . This is very frustrating as all household work comes to a halt. The crime rate is very high and the area is not safe to venture out at night.
