As a longtime Mylapore resident, I endorse this locality. It offers every amenity, including excellent hospitals and schools. It also boasts a reliable public transportation system. Mylapore experiences shortage of water in summer. Overall, a decent location.

Mylapore is an excellent place to reside because of its pleasant atmosphere. In Hitech City, even girls can go out alone at night without being afraid. Excellent hospitals, schools, and shopping centres can also be found nearby. one of Chennai's top locations.

Given that Mylapore is regularly patrolled by police, I will give it a score of 100 for overall safety. It is a good place to live in addition to having reasonable housing options. I adore being here.

All festivals are celebrated here and you will not miss home if you are living alone . Large playgrounds presents a good recreational facility where children to play. The pollution level on the locality is low and the locality offers all amenities in close range thus making life easier for the residents.

High pollution rate is effecting health of residents in this locality. Too much power cuts is also a menace and complicating lives over health issues. The locality offers decent facilties to the residents, be it good schools, hospitals, markets or parks.

Crime rate is low due to adequate presence of CCTV cameras in streets. Police patrolling is not that frequent though. All amenities are available in close rnage of the locality, be it schools, hospitals, markets, etc. The livability is good.

There is no nearby market even to buy basic necessities and residents have to travel far to get it. Police patrolling is scarce making it difficult to traval at night. The streets are not well lit at night and the area sees no activity in the night making it a bit unsafe.

In monsoon water logging happens, roads are in bad shape and municipality does not reapirs it in time. Roads are always dumped with foul smelling garbage making it difficult to travel. The municipal corporation has not been doing a good job in maintainance of the locality.
