Good things here
Connectivity of the apartements is really good as auto,cabs are easy to approach near by the society even railway station and bus facilities are available near by the society.Build quality id good as tehre are no issues regarding leakage and seepage in the society.

Maintenance facilities are really poor as all the modern amenities are available in the society but swimmimg pool is under maintenance since ages,gym is not well eqquiped and kids play area dont have any slides and swings.

Log acche hai, bohot cooperative hai. metro station and airport bohot pass me hai. delivery boys society me andar tak hai. dmart pass me hi hai. sari amenities well maintained hai. basketball wallyball ke liye society me coach ate hai. power cut ka koi issue nhi aya hai. me yaha pr 9ys se rahe rahi hu, pahele hum tenet the. mujhe society itni acchi lagi ke maine flat kharid liya yaha pr. pani 24*7 available hai. security bohot acchi hai safe hai society.

Thoda sham ke time office ke vjaha se traffic hota hai. leakage ka issue thota hai. power backup sirf common area ke liye hai.

Good things here
Cabs services are available for traveling. Roads are wide and well maintained. Maintenance quality is fine with water supply and no water logging. Electricity is supplied timely. Construction quality is good with no seepage and leakage issues. Paintings are done timely. Amenities like gym swimming pool, basketball court, football court and clubhouse are available. Residents are friendly and cooperative
Things need improvement
Transportation connectivity near the society is poor with non-availability of public transport like metro and buses nearby. There is a lot of traffic in the evening. Sometimes people complain regarding the loud noise and music.

as per him everthing is proper in the society. maintenance is also good everthing is properly taken care of.

The absence of regular painting maintenance may lead to a decline in the visual appeal of the buildings over time. Leakage issues need to be addressed promptly to prevent any potential damage to property or inconvenience to residents. Addressing these concerns would further enhance the overall satisfaction of residents and improve the quality of life within the community

Good things here
We have a range of amenities like a gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, park, and play area for kids, all well-maintained and accessible at no extra cost. Public transportation options like autos, buses, rickshaws, and cabs are readily available outside, ensuring excellent connectivity. Nearby markets, schools, malls, and hospitals make life convenient, while timely garbage collection and proper hygiene maintenance keep the society clean. We celebrate cultural events together and have a friendly community vibe. Security is top-notch with CCTV cameras and vigilant guards. Lifts are well-maintained, and common areas are regularly painted. Plus, being pet-friendly adds to the inclusive atmosphere. Overall, living here is comfortable and enriching.

There are very limited street lights installed around the society. Road quality is nnot good outside the society, there are no sufficient street lights around the society. The constructuion quality is not good in the society, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are faced in the society.

Decent individuals. You can stroll to Dmart, super stores, malls, movie theatres, and restaurants. Nearby businesses. There, everything is available. The car and bike showrooms are both nearby. 5 miles away are banks and ATMs. Greenery is amazing.

This location has good public transportation. The structure is almost a decade old. The committee members are not particularly amiable to converse with. Exceptions are a given. The people here are quite friendly. the city's posh neighbourhood.

Even the size of the houses is good in this society. The committee for the society is engaged. Environmentally friendly amenities. It allows you to live your best life. Security, CCTV, elevators, garbage, everything is kept in great condition.
