The society boasts lush green areas, well-maintained gardens, and ample parking space, creating a pleasant environment for residents. Each flat is designed to maximize ventilation and natural light, enhancing the overall living experience. Additionally, the layout of the towers is well-planned and easy to navigate, contributing to the convenience of residents.
The people in charge of maintaining the property aren't being helpful, and the electricity bills are too expensive. We're not happy with the security system or the company managing it. There's water leaking into the basement parking area, which is a problem. Plus, we paid for a club to be built, but it hasn't happened yet. These are all issues that need to be fixed as soon as possible.

. The security system is reliable, and it's great that the community is pet-friendly. The abundance of open spaces caters to people of all ages, and the flats are of decent quality. The maintenance department is efficient and responsive, providing prompt services when needed. The friendly neighborhood makes it a pleasant place to live, and the society offers plenty of recreational options for both the elderly and children. Additionally, well-lit roads and ample parking ensure convenience for both residents and visitors. Overall, it seems like you're enjoying a positive living experience in this society.
Its location within the Ansals township may make it a bit secluded or harder to access. Additionally, being surrounded by Ramgarh village can lead to noise and disturbances for residents. Another issue is the high density of flats on each floor, which can compromise privacy as residents may be able to see into each other's homes. These are important considerations for potential residents to be aware of.

The society is located in a peaceful and tranquil area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. However, the surroundings lack security as there are no nearby amenities besides the society towers. Access to a local market is also limited from here, which can be inconvenient for residents needing daily essentials.

I recently visited the community since it's ready for interior design work. After checking out a sample apartment, I was impressed with the well-designed layout and the quality of fittings and finishes by the builder. The open spaces have also been developed beautifully."
The handover of the property is delayed, and the main road outside is too narrow

The management leaves much to be desired, and the park area is small, which may be disappointing for residents looking for ample outdoor space.

The security facilities are top-notch, and we also have reliable water and electricity supplies. All the essential amenities for our daily life are readily available, and the gardening in the area is well-maintained."
Far from the main road, the path to the back gate is too dark for my comfort, and there's absolutely no parking space. When I visited my friend who lives there, I had no idea where to park my car, and there were no guards around to help.

The amenities such as the green garden area, kids' play area, and ample parking space are appreciated, along with the convenience of having shops nearby. The premium location adds to the accessibility of essential services, and the well-trained staff and security provide a sense of safety and security. The presence of CCTV cameras further enhances security measures. Additionally, you haven't faced any issues with maintenance staff, and you find the society affordable for the middle class. The quality of the buildings and the 24-hour power backup are also positives. Overall, it seems like you're having a positive experience living there.
The charges for power backup through the DG (diesel generator) are higher compared to regular electricity. Additionally, during summers, power outages can occur occasionally, leading to higher DG usage and consequently, higher power bills. Another issue is that the balconies provided in the flats are too small to effectively dry clothes during winter. Lastly, if someone believes in Vastu principles, it's worth noting that these flats may not strictly adhere to Vastu guidelines. These are important considerations for potential residents to keep in mind.
