Good things here
There are good street lights and it is safe to walk at night.Thanks for housing for this wonderful property.The society was very greenary.

The dislike thing is so many cctv cams it effect the privacy.The society was very neat and clean.The society is pollution freeThere is some noise in the society

Good things here
The electricity charges are moderate in this locality. It is safe during the time and till 10:00 p.m. at night time. There are great schools and malls near to the locality and there are easily accessible local markets and malls nearby. The localities well maintained and no pollution issue.
Things need improvement
The metro station is not nearby to this locality. I am not saying that it is too much far from the locality but it is somehow far approximately 800-1000 m far.

There is great accessibility for schools, hospitals,malls in my locality.The street lights are very good.Thanks for providing this property I don't face any water shortage There is no water clogging issues at all.

Good things here
well maintained streetlights, no any crime happened here decent people living here, neighbors are good, easily accessible to school, malls, market, lot of parking space, neat and clean environment, 24hrs electric and water supply.
Things need improvement
nothing i dislike about this location but in rainy season i face water logging issue and i think road construction need improvement otherwise everything is too much impressive.

The best Locality in Avadi Chennai according to me. This society is so budget friendly too cheap rent and prices of flats. I like it's prices so much. So nice place for Middle class and poor families who cannot afford to buy house in a too costly society. This society is so accessible from nearby malls hospitals etc.

All basic amenities like schools, colleges, hospitals are available nearby. This society is so budget friendly there is nothing bad.

Good things here
The infrastructure of top notch, with well designed buildings and well maintained apartment in low budget. The society boasts to well maintained and beautiful landscape ground, providing a serene and aesthetic feel. There is no power cuts and water supply is provided always constantly.

There is all facilities are available. There is no any traffic on roads. Here water drainage system is also good. Nothing bad.

Roads are night.Portholes are not present and roads are well lit Schools and hospitals are present in the vicinity.The flat in itself is also very nice. Local markets are also available.Street food is quite nice

Avadi offers cheap cost of living to its residents along with all amenities such as schools, hospitals, markets as well as connectivity routes. The neighbourhood is quite safe as well. There are several restaurants in the locality that remain open till late at night.

Avadi is a great locality to be in if someone is looking for a much relaxed life than they can get in cities and don’t mind being cut off from the famous areas of Chennai. Everything is available here in close range so one doesn’t even need to worry about daily amenities. I am glad to have bought a property here.

The locality offers all amenities to its residents in close range. Residents don’t have to travel much for necessities. Schools, markets, hospitals are all available in Avadi. The locality has good connectivity routes via buses, autos, etc to multiple prominent area of Chennai, despite being a relatively new locality. The air in this locality is cleaner than in most cities and there are several good schools in the area.

it is very safe in my locality with the police station nearby and regular police patrolling. thefts and burglaries are not frequent.traffic lights are very well maintained and frequently chechked. water and electricity are in seamless supply.

healthcare facilities here are excellent and doctors are very good. the streets are well lit and the traffic is well maintained.though there is heavy traffic in the peak hours of the day and hence there is some congestion at office hours
