Good things here
The community has lots of greenery and great open spaces, a clubhouse, gym, pool, park, and a well-kept play area. There's also a community hall for events. It's super convenient with a bus station and a metro station right outside. The buildings are well-built with no major water problems, and the water supply is good too. Residents celebrate all festivals and events together, creating a friendly atmosphere.
Things need improvement
Maintenance is sometimes delayed, and it takes a long time to fix the issue. There is a need for improvement in the efficiency of maintenance.

Three years ago, when I resided in this society, it boasted excellent security measures, particularly beneficial for women—a commendable aspect. Moreover, the connectivity was top-notch owing to the proximity of tech parks and numerous offices. Groceries were readily delivered, and transportation facilities such as cabs, buses, and the under-construction metro were easily accessible. The maintenance standards were outstanding, with reliable power backup and regular garbage collection services. Additionally, the water supply was excellent, and amenities such as a play area, clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and diverse indoor activities catered to everyone's enjoyment. The overall maintenance quality was superb, and the construction exhibited no leakage issues. Furthermore, the society diligently celebrated various festivals including Onam, New Year, and more.
Things need improvement
I moved out of this society around 3 years ago. At that time, the area sometimes experienced traffic jams due to the concentration of tech parks and offices. Additionally, the maintenance charges were a bit expensive.

Good things here
The society's notable feature is its cleanliness. The society’s surroundings are regularly cleaned and well-maintained. Residents have never faced any kind of water supply or pipeline issues, thanks to excellent maintenance and high construction quality. Moreover, essential amenities such as the metro, cab facilities, grocery stores, and medical outlets are within walking distance. Additional amenities like the gym, badminton court, and swimming pool are also well-maintained and kept clean.
Things need improvement
The main problem in this community is security. Delivery people, like those bringing food, groceries, and online orders, are allowed in without any confirmation.

Good things here
In this society, there are many positive aspects. It is well connected, with 5 to 10 nearby schools and hospitals easily accessible. All modes of transportation, like cabs, autos, and buses, are readily available. The construction quality is excellent with no minor issues. There are well-maintained amenities for everyone to enjoy, such as a gym, pool, and community hall. Each festival and small event is celebrated as a family.
Things need improvement
The residents of this society are facing multiple problems such as improper maintenance, negligence from the association in addressing issues promptly, prolonged delays in fixing problems, garbage accumulation concerns, and frequent encounters with monkeys. The visits from the forest department are limited, posing a challenge in managing the monkey issue effectively. Additionally, many street dogs entering the community are a concern for the residents.

Good things here
I moved out of this society. During my residency here, the biggest positive aspects were its well-designed flats and excellent infrastructure. There were no issues with water leakage or seepage, and the construction quality was superb. Additionally, there was excellent connectivity within a walkable distance to major transportation options, markets, and grocery stores. The society was well-maintained with consistent water supply and excellent power backup options. Regular garbage collection and cleanliness in the surroundings were ensured. All festivals were celebrated, and events were held regularly. Moreover, the amenities such as the clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, indoor activities area, and play area were well-maintained.
Things need improvement
There were a few major problems in this society. Firstly, no flats were being allocated to bachelors. Additionally, both rent and maintenance charges were expensive.

Good things here
I moved out of this society approximately three years ago. During my time there, the society had excellent connectivity, with nearby tech parks and various markets, including grocery and vegetable shops, all within a 2km radius. The maintenance facilities of the society were satisfactory; services such as cleaning, water supply, and everyday garbage collection and disposal were regular and efficient. The flats were well-designed, providing good ventilation. Additionally, the society offered amenities for residents' comfort, including a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and ample parking facilities.
Things need improvement
The major problems of this society are there are some minor leakage problems inside the flats and there is no metro connectivity to this area.

Good things here
Connectivity like cabs and autos is easily available in the society. People are very available in the society. They celebrate every festival in the society. Maintenance charges are reasonable in the society. The metro station is very near to the society, within 500 meters. Public transportation like buses is available nearby the society. Parking area is very spacious in the society. There is also a visitors parking area in the society. Facilities like supermarkets, malls, are nearby the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is not good in the society; there are seepage issues and cracks on walls. Public transportation like buses is not available near the society, which is inconvenient.

There are many parks available in my area so there is a pleasant atmosphere. Multi-specialty hospitals and malls are also located. If you are there are also private banks set up. The roads are very clean. The personality of the cab is also available so transportation from one place to another is very easy.

Sometimes there is a power problem but the generator will run. Excessive air pollution, dryness with dust, and heat lead to all kinds of health problems. The cutting of trees and destruction of green cover is not a concern among the civil authorities of the developing teams.

The best homes in the vicinity, areas and IT companies in this locality are close to visiting. Life here is great but it also depends on how much amount you have and are willing to spend for a lifetime. I have bought a flat at the best place.

Habitech is an excellent society with good green cover. The clubhouse had all modern amenities. There is 24/7 power backup and water supply. It is inside from the road so it is calm and quiet. The society is well maintained. We have stayed here as tenants and liked the society so much that we bought a flat here.
