The management is excellent, with a superb clubhouse and beautifully crafted gardens adding to the serene atmosphere.

As the complex is still under construction, the gardens are not yet ready for use.

Good things here
All the amenities are highly maintained and there is swimmimg pool,club house,gym,kids play area.High security system as there cctv in all over the areas.Cleaniness is good in the society.Auto and cabs are easy to approach near by the society.All the festivals are celebarted in the society overall good socialism.Spacious parking area available for owners.
Things need improvement
At the time of purchase builder has promised for 24/7 water supply but failed to delivered during summers there is water supply issues in the apartment.Quality of the cosntruction is below average as there are leakage issues.Amenities are not free of the cost for the tenants.

This society stands out as one of my favorites in Mumbai. Its commitment to cleanliness is commendable, and the construction of the buildings is truly impressive. The buildings are painted so beautifully that they appear almost golden when the evening sun shines on them. Situated in a perfect location, the climate here is pleasantly mild. From my balcony, I enjoy views of hills and lush greenery, and the proximity to the metro construction is convenient. Easy access to can, rickshaw, and bus services adds to the convenience, while the well-maintained roads are free of potholes. For me, this society is perfect in every aspect.
Things need improvement
Honestly, there's not much I can complain about here. The only downside is the occasional traffic jams, but apart from that, this society is just perfect

Good things here
The complex is impeccably maintained, offering ample parking space and a strong sense of safety, particularly for girls, even at night. The pools and clubhouse are top-notch, providing excellent recreational facilities. Additionally, there's plenty of space for walking and parking, enhancing the overall experience.
Things need improvement
It's unfortunate that the neighbors aren't very friendly, and the water supply can be irregular at times. However, the house size is appropriate, and while the swimming pool is not currently functional, it may be addressed in the future.

The project's close proximity to the Express Highway and the abundance of amenities offered solidify its position as one of the best projects in the locality.

Metro connectivity is currently unavailable in the area, and public transport options are a bit distant. Additionally, nearby construction projects contribute to dustiness in the afternoons.

Some drawbacks of this place include the compact size of the flats, ongoing construction work in the building, and limited availability of lifts, which can be inconvenient.

The society offers a well-maintained club, shops, a swimming pool, ample parking, reliable maintenance, excellent construction, beautiful architecture, advanced gym, and quality lifts.
Things need improvement
The builder's responsiveness is lacking, and there's average availability of cabs/autos. Road conditions are also average, and maintenance charges are high due to numerous parks. Some seepage issues persist, and the metro station is a bit distant.

Located in the prominent Kashimira area of Mira Road, this landmark project boasts top-notch RCC Mivan construction spread across 22 acres. The prestigious Poddar International School is situated within the premises. Residents enjoy a unique clubhouse experience and the serene surroundings of the Sanjay Gandhi National Park. The project offers a plethora of amenities including a temple, gym, amphitheatre, Lakme salon, Batista, badminton court, library, swimming pools, and an indoor games zone.
Things need improvement
The flats are deemed expensive, and the heavy traffic at the Dahisar toll naka is a consistent issue. The CRM team's performance falls short of expectations, and the loading in the project is on the higher side. However, in comparison to other projects in the same vicinity, JP North Garden City is considered superior.
