Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with easy availability of public transport. 4-5 hospitals are present close by. Amenities like park, gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available. Maintenance is good with timely garbage collection, Proper electricity and water supply, CCTV and security guards are present. Paintings are done timely. The neighborhood is friendly and celebrate all festivals together.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is average with some seepage issues. Traffic is relatively high nowadays. The internet connectivity must also be improved.

Good things here
Mostly everything about the society was very good, connectivity in the society was good, construction quality was also very good, there was never any issue with the seepage etc. and maintenance services were also available on proper time.
Things need improvement
Among the amenities available in the society, there was no pool facility available, everywhere there was a lot of interaction with the owner not bachelor

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. CCTV is installed in the society, security system is very good. Security guards are available. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Water logging issues are not faced inside or outside the society. Drainage system is good in the society. Water supply issues are also not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society

Gym is available but it is very small, sufficient equipements are not available in the gym.

Water supply is good in the society, no such problems are faced regarding water supply. Drinking water is avilable for 24*7 in the society. No such electricity issues are faced in the society. Drainage system is good in the society, water logging issues are not faced. CCTV is avilable in the society, Security system is good in the society. Lift is available and maintained properly in the society. The constructuion quality of the society is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, parks, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. Stray dog issues are not faced in the society.

Society chode hue kafi time hk gaya ha to itna yaad nahi ha but waha mostly experience acha hi raha tha or connectivity bhi achi thi schools or hospitals pas hi the.

Society ki construction quality ko mein 3 rating dena chahungi kyuki construction quality thodi kharab thi.

There are no water logging issues faced inside or outside the society. Drainange system is very good in the society. Visitor's parking space is available in the society. Paintings are done on time. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Security guards are available. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, play area for kids are available in the society. Walking space is available in the society premises. People are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.

Transportation connectivity was good, and the road construction quality was satisfactory. Maintenance was fine, ensuring water supply and electricity.
Things need improvement
The cab facility was not reliable, with Ola and Uber drivers frequently canceling pickups from that area. Disturbingly, the society discriminates against Muslims, denying them flats and possession. The infrastructure construction was bad, with seepage issues and poor wall plaster quality. Unfortunately, the society does not offer assistance for these issues and lacks amenities such as a clubhouse, gym, swimming pool, and a nearby market area.
