Good things here
The connectivity of the society is good, public transports like auto, cabs are available at a walkable distance outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbages collection is done on time. No major electricity issues are faced in the society. Power backup is available all over the society. Lift are available and maintained properly. The society is safe for kids and women. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. Extra charges for using any amenities are not taken from the tenents. Parking space is available in the society. Visitor's parking is also available in the society. The society allows bachelors to stay.
Things need improvement
There is no dislike everything well maintained and all the basic things at doorstep great society to live

Allocated parking has been provided for resident and visitors.power back up facilities are provided in the society.bachlores are allowed in the society.connectivity is good.build quality is top notch.all the amenities are very well maintained.
Things need improvement
Water supply issues are there,drinking water is not available though 24/7 water supply is been provided but we cant drink that water.

Bachelor's are allowed in the society.good build quality.connectivity is top notch ,local transport availabe easily.all the amenities are very well maintaned.allocated visitors and resident parking.

Issue resolution process can be improve.society should enhance maintaining facility .everything in the society is perfect.

Good things here
Local transport facilities and all the Essentials are available easily. All the modern amenities are present in the society. High security system has been provided. Tenant can use any of the amenities without paying extra.
Things need improvement
Construction quality of society can be improved, sometimes there are leakage and seepage issues. Maintenance should also be enhanced, lift is concern sometimes. Water supply issues are there in the society.

Locality of the society is top notch,local transport facilities available quickly .all the essentials were available near by the society.amenities of the apartment were very well maintained.
Things need improvement
Rooms were not spacious even though room were not sound proof or isolated. Roads outside the apartment were in bad condition at that time.

Atmosphere of the aparrment is calm and peaceful.society has all the modern amenities and very well maintained.

Maintenance facilities should be improve,lifts were litlle problematic sometimes.society is little bit inside from main road.water supply issues were consistant.

Allocated parking has been provided for resident and visitors,no water logging issues inside and outside the society.power back up facilities has been provided.all the amenities are in working condition.

Construction quality of society can be improved,there are some seepage issues.Extra charges are being taken from the resident for power back up facilities.

Good things here
Connectivity is good like we have easy accesable local transportation and swimming pool,gym kids play area is very well maintained.residence of the apartment are very friendly and soft spoken we celebrate all the festivals together .
Things need improvement
Construction quality of the apartment is so poor that sometimes we have leakage issues and cracks are there on the building

Good things here
Connectivity of the apartment is great like there are schools and hospitals near by the apartment even though local transport is easy to approach near by the society.All the modern amenities are there in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area and garden even though eveything is very well maintained in the society.
Things need improvement
Quality of the construction is below average like all the units of the apartment is facing seepage and leakage issues in the society.

Good things here
High security to there residents,women safety has been priorities in the society.All the area's are under cctv survilance.All the modern amenities were present in the society and fully functional.Society is well maintained neat,clean and hygenic environment.Landlord were quite helpful and friendly in the society.
Things need improvement
Society is bit inside from the main road so due to that auto and cabs were not approachable easily.Construction quality is pathatic like it was new constructed building but still there were cracks and wholes and termides on all over the walls of the apartment.
