Good things here
Metro station and cab services are available nearby. Maintenance is good with CCTVs and elevators installed. Construction quality is good with no seepage and leakage issues. Amenities like gym swimming pool and park are present. People are friendly and cooperative, and celebrate all festivals together.
Things need improvement
Rikshaws , buses are not easily accessible.

It is the best society in this area metro is near to this society at around 200 meters. Near to market maintenance is great with all the amenities

Good things here
Overall the society is very good, everything is maintained there, there is greenery, there is a park, and the cleanliness is very well maintained.

Everything about the committee is very good, so there is nothing in the society that can be called dislike.

Good things here
The society from the inside is very clean. All the amenities such as gym, swimming pool and park are available. People are really sweet and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Internet and Mobile network connectivity is very poor. No nearby malls. Roads are damaged and dirty. The area outside the society is very unhygeinic. Dogs and cows roam around the areas near the society.

The security guards are so active as they do not allow any kids to go outside to the society without their parents.

There is a major issue of leakage and sewage in the society as construction material was not good.

The quality of maintaince and construction is quit above average , people are cooperative and friendly , lovable there,over all everything is good

The maintenance facility in the society is pretty decent and same goes for the construction quality as well. The connectivity is also good as we can easily get anything from the nearby market, the people living in the society were also very friendly.

Maintenance is nice in society, koi issue aata hai toh jaldi resolve ho jaata hai. Construction quality not that bad,it is satisfactory - saal purana hai society, so its good. This society is the best society amongst all others in the area. Market achi hai society ki , society market badiya hai.
Things need improvement
No metro nearby the society. E-rickshaw nahi milte kabhi kabhi, cabs nahi aate kabhi kabhi. Personal transport hai toh best hai because public transport ka issue hai. Basement me drainage & water logging ka issue hai.

The residents are friendly, polite, and humble, making the society a wonderful place to live in.

Overall, there are no major issues in the society. Maintenance is generally satisfactory, and both residents and the maintenance team are helpful and cooperative. However, there are occasional delays in addressing complaints, which can be inconvenient during those times.

Seepage ka issue nahi hai, power backup available hai, connectivity achi hai pas me metro, public transportation sabhi kuch available rehta hai, society me sab kuch acha hai
