The construction quality is good overall, making it an average society with essential features.
Despite the presence of maps, navigating the area can still be confusing and may require some time to become accustomed to. The elevator quality is lacking, and the society's secretary is known for being strict, requiring written permission to access the terrace and prohibiting late-night parties. Additionally, parking facilities are limited and not spacious.

The society is conveniently located at the entrance of Thakur Complex, providing easy access via road, rail, and the upcoming metro. Situated opposite the renowned AVENUE Restaurant, it offers proximity to markets, temples, supermarkets, banks, and the Growels 101 Mall, all within a 2-7 minute walk. As a gated community, it ensures security with guards stationed at all entry points, conducting thorough checks. The well-maintained garden and children's play area add to its aesthetic appeal.
Due to its proximity to the highway, the roads can occasionally become crowded. Unfortunately, there's no guest parking available, and the roads outside often fill up due to parking by hotel guests.

Kanakia Park, one of the oldest properties in Thakur Complex, has been around for 30 years. Its location offers excellent connectivity, being just a 2-minute walk from the Western Express Highway, 3 minutes from the proposed metro station, and 15 minutes from Kandivali/Borivali station. While the maintenance costs are relatively low compared to newer properties, the facilities are minimal, and upkeep is lacking. Due to its age, the property suffers from seepage and leakage issues.

It's a peaceful and secure place with minimal disturbances, conveniently connected to the highway. Cabs and autos are frequently available for transportation needs.
The area has issues with stray dogs, and it experiences high foot traffic. Unfortunately, neighbors aren't particularly friendly, and there's a lack of community care. Additionally, the building is quite old, and the lift tends to be noisy.

It's considered one of the best societies with 24/7 water supply, located in a good area known for its cleanliness.
The nearby area experiences heavy traffic, and there's a lack of shopping centers in close proximity, making it inconvenient for residents as they are situated far away.

Kanakia is highly renowned in Kandivali, boasting convenient amenities and a prime location. St. Lawrence is situated in front of the building, and bus facilities stop right at the main gate, offering easy access to Borivali and Kandivali. Additionally, the hospital is just a 5-minute run away, ensuring quick medical assistance. The Express Highway is within a 10-minute walk, and all essential shops, including medical, stationary, vegetable, and food outlets, are nearby. The society itself is well-maintained with spacious gardens, pet-friendly policies, and temples. Residents enjoy convenient access to various facilities within the building, including reliable lift services.
The proximity of the road to the building poses a risk of accidents due to limited space. The nearby densely populated area results in excessive noise pollution, and occasional unpleasant odors emanate from nearby cleanup sites. Additionally, the high cost of living in the area leads to shops charging premium prices for products, necessitating residents to seek alternatives elsewhere. Bus frequency is inadequate, with long waiting times of 20-30 minutes on average. Furthermore, the school located in front of the building adds to the frustration due to noise and crowded spaces between people.

Society is centrally located so the connectivity is good and local tranporation and public tranporation is easily approachable.Rooms of the apartment is quite spacious and well designed.maintenance facilities are handled very professionally so there is good security system and high rated housekeeping staff in the society.All the modern amenities are available in the society and fully functional.
Parking area is quite limited for residents and visitors parking is not available in the society.Power back up facilities are not available in the society.Metro's construction work is going on due to which sometime area is polluted.Surrounding outside the society is not that good and road are of poor quality.There are no balcony attached with the flats.

Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very good. Metro station is available nearby the society. There are bearby Markets, grocery, schools, mall, salons, restaurants available around the society. Everything is available within 300 meters around the society. For medical emergency Apolo clinic runs inside the society. The maintainance of the society is very good, hygine is also maintained. CCTV cameras are installed and it works properly all over the society. Lifts work properly.
The society is very nice place to live in. I have not faced any issues in this 5 years staying here. There is no improvement required in the society.

Maintenance services are excellent, ensuring cleanliness and hygiene are well-maintained throughout the society. Residents do not face any issues with water supply. The society itself has a supermarket, and nearby market areas provide additional convenience for residents. The society is safe even during nighttime, providing residents with peace of mind and security. There have been no construction issues in the society, indicating good construction quality and maintenance. All residents have access to allotted parking spaces, reducing parking-related issues and congestion. The society offers a wide range of amenities including a gym, swimming pool, park, club house, and play area for kids, all of which are well-maintained for residents' enjoyment and convenience. Festivals and events are celebrated together, fostering a sense of unity and community spirit among residents.
There is no power backup in the society, we have to wait for the electricity to come back. Availability of public transport is a bit less around the society, auto and taxi are not available.

I was looking for premium flats. I have booked apartments. The project combines reputed colleges, schools, IT parks, shopping malls, hospitals, and much more. The facilities provided are 24 hours water and electricity supply, jogging track, swimming pool, court, gym, garden, etc. The neighborhood is fine too.
