This society stands out as the most spacious in all of Gurgaon, offering luxurious resort-like living with abundant greenery throughout. There's a large shopping complex catering to every need, albeit slightly expensive, but providing excellent facilities. The club house is stunning, featuring two gyms, two swimming pools, a cinema hall, a play school, and steam and sauna facilities. Enjoy fine dining at the restaurant by the poolside. Every festival is celebrated here, making it a wonderful place to live together with a great community of people.

Furthermore, the absence of traffic congestion around the society contributes to a tranquil living environment.
Negatives: The society faces several challenges, including the distance of grocery shops from the premises, causing inconvenience for residents. Moreover, the absence of good schools and hospitals nearby is a notable drawback. Its remote location makes it difficult to locate and lacks nearby metro accessibility, requiring a lengthy travel time of around 20 minutes to access the metro. Additionally, there is a shortage of lifts in the blocks, leading to inconvenience for residents.

With thorough guarding and clear recordings from CCTV cameras, safety is well-maintained. The flats are constructed and maintained to a high standard, with good ventilation systems. Its strategic location next to the road, particularly near Vatika Chowk, adds to its appeal.
One observation is the need for more green areas within the society. Additionally, the proximity to the road can be disturbing at times due to honking noises.

The room sizes are on the smaller side, but the living and dining areas are spacious. The Resident Welfare Association (RWA) has taken over, although new issues are arising.

This condominium is impeccably maintained, with beautifully landscaped lawns, clubs, spas, gyms, swimming pools, and abundant children's play areas, offering a resort-like living experience. The maintenance by Collier's is excellent, and residents benefit from the convenience of having grocery shops, parlors, and chemists within the complex.
There is a need for improvement in the car parking areas designated for visitors. Additionally, it's necessary to install surveillance cameras in the basements and around the boundaries of the complex to enhance security.
