Good things here
Local market is nearly 100m away. Hospital is 2km away. School and public transport is less than 1km away. CLubhouse, gym, park, garden area, swimming pool is there and is well maintained.

Construction quality is not that good.

Good things here
Small daily-use item shops were nearby. Ola and Uber were booked for commuting. Festivals were celebrated in the society. Water was available 24/7. Cleanliness was well maintained. The flats were new, with no issues of leakage or cracks. There was good ventilation in the flats, and sunlight entered them.
Things need improvement
When the new society was built, the amenities were not as abundant, and some were still under construction. Malls and restaurants were also not nearby. Auto-rickshaws were not readily available. The roads outside the society were not in great condition as construction work was ongoing.

Good things here
When booking Ola or Uber, they would arrive promptly. The society was clean. Water was available 24/7. People were nice. Festivals were celebrated. Flats were ventilated, and sunlight would come in.
Things need improvement
Autos were not available near the society. The roads outside the society were not in good condition. There were no modern amenities in the society. I had issues with leakage and seepage in my flat.

Good things here
The ambiance of the society is excellent and peaceful atmosphere for people living here.
Things need improvement
The only thing is that the maintenance charges are a bit expensive here compared to other societies in this area.

Good things here
The connectivity near the society was satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. Mostly used own vehicle to travel. Malls and restaurants were available nearby. Maintenance services were provided on time. Cleanliness and garbage collection was also done on time. Construction quality of the society was also fine with no seepage and leakage issues. Residents were friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
Amenities like gym swimming pool and clubhouse were not available. Roads quality was very poor and used to get cloaked during rainy season causing water logging issues.
