Good things here

The clubhouse is well maintained, offering spacious playgrounds and an advanced gym facility. Security is top-notch with gated access and functioning CCTV cameras. Every person entering the premises is checked at the security gate. Ample parking space is available, and there's excellent power backup for lifts. Water supply is reliable 24/7, and there are no power cuts. Additionally, the building is conveniently located along the Western Express Highway.

Enough parking space
Low power cuts
Excellent power back-up
Large clubhouse & spacious gym

Things need improvement

Entry for guests can be time-consuming as they undergo thorough checks. Gates are closed after midnight for security purposes. Currently, metro connectivity is not available, but there's an ongoing construction of a metro line to improve transportation options in the future.

Good things here

I like the connectivity of the society. The garden is very big, well-maintained, and beautiful. Additionally, the gym has all the necessary equipment.

Things need improvement

Everything is excellent, from the swimming pool and lifts to the top-notch security system, it feels like a 5-star experience. Plus, the proximity to Aarey adds to the appeal.

Good things here

I personally didn't face any difficulties as someone who is a Muslim. Usually that's common in Goregaon area. But the society seems decent. The gentry too is educated and working class. The paint on the building's could use a bit of touch up, but apart from that the locality seems well. nnIf you're just starting out, and have a decent budget I'd definitely recommend checking it out. I'm sure you'd like it. ,

Things need improvement

I found the apartment sizes to be quite compact compared to other projects by Lodha. It would be nice to see some more diversity in the way certain matters are handled within the society. Additionally, there are some bachelor residents who value their privacy, but it seems like the society doesn't fully consider their perspective, which might not sit well with younger individuals in the market looking for a new home.

Good things here

The society boasts ample parking space and good quality construction, although maintenance services are average. Nearby malls and drive-thrus add convenience for residents. While seepage issues persist, the environment remains comfortable and pleasant, with small lawns at the entrance enhancing the ambiance. Regular cleaning ensures hygiene throughout the complex. Responsible and kind society members, along with proactive RWA management, contribute to a positive living experience. Suggestions for maintenance and development are welcomed, and the society's size allows for ample greenery, fostering a serene atmosphere.

Enough parking space
Clean & well maintained
No seepage issues
Lot of green & open space

Things need improvement

It appears that there are several drawbacks in the society, including frequent traffic jams, lack of well-maintained parks, absence of swimming pools, limited shopping options, inadequate CCTV surveillance, scarcity of nearby schools and hospitals, distant gyms, absence of facilities for pet owners, insufficient parking management, absence of nearby restaurants, incomplete clubhouse, unfriendly neighbors, lax security measures at the entrance, insufficient maintenance services, poorly maintained roads, absence of a spacious playground, subpar lift quality, and limited power backup. Additionally, residents face challenges in celebrating festivals within the complex.

It would be great to have more fun activities and social events in the society, along with celebrating festivals to enhance community bonding.

Good things here

This neighborhood in Chennai is among the finest places to reside. Despite the slightly higher cost, the society offers excellent value. The furnished rooms and ample parking space are notable features, which are often lacking in other areas of Chennai.

Enough parking space

Things need improvement

Located right alongside the road, this place experiences constant vehicle noise, which might be bothersome. Additionally, the pricing tends to be on the higher side compared to expectations. While the gym facilities are acceptable, the park is relatively small in size.

Good things here

The society boasts friendly members and tight security with CCTV surveillance. However, the swimming pool is not operational, and parking can be challenging for multiple vehicles. Maintenance costs are high, and some amenities like door locking systems need improvement. Despite these drawbacks, ventilation, emergency exits, and lighting management are satisfactory. Garbage disposal and lift speed can be inconsistent. Overall, the society organizes regular welfare meetings, but taxi or cab availability may be limited.
