Good things here
Autos and buses are easily available. reliance shopping mall is Infront of the society. restaurants are near by. gym swimming pool play area everything is available inside the society. security is efficient. there are no water proofing related issues as such. people are decent. no traffic jam issue in front of the society or near to the society. roads are wide in front of society.
Things need improvement
Highway is 5kms away from the society. power backup is for only lifts and common areas not for the flats.

Good things here
Society main road se kafi dur thi us vajahase traffic ka bilkul issue nhi tha. autos and cabs mil jati thi. daily needs items ki society ke bahar hi shops thi. society me garden tha. security kafi acchi thi. overall atmosphere bhi kafi accha tha.
Things need improvement
Local transportation like buses/auto society ke pass nhi milti thi. gym swimming pool and clubhouse kuch bhi society me available nhi hai. kuch kuch flats me leakage ka issue tha.Shopping malls ke liye dur jana padata hai.

Only issue was the network issue for the mobile phones he called the service provider they said that issue will get resolved in some time

Good things here
The best part about the society is it is just 8 km away from the airport and well connected with PCMC .Society has been build up with good quality of material so no leakage seepage in the apartments.high security system to there residents.good celebration of festivals in the society.Society is very well maintained,neat,clean and hygenic environment.Spacious parking area for owners in the society.
Things need improvement
Public transport like railway station and bus stand is far away from the society,cabs are hard to catch.This society is 5 to 6 km inside from the dhanori road which is bad thing regardig connectivity only auto facility is available near by.There are only semi amenities like club house,sports courts only.there is no visitors parking in the society.

Good things here
Society was very much neat,clean and peaceful environment.High security system,all the areas were covered with cctv and security gaurds.All the modern amenities were there in the society and eveything was fully functional.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.
Things need improvement
Sometimes there was seepage issues in the apartment,so build quality is not that great.

Good things here
Garbage collection is done daily, and the society is clean. There is an issue with water maybe 1-2 days a month, but the committee informed beforehand, so it's not a problem. There is a play area and garden in the society. People are good and pet-friendly. There is enough parking for residents. The lifts are well-maintained, and there are CCTV cameras in the lifts. The flats are well-ventilated, and there is a fire exit.
Things need improvement
The area where the society is located is not good. It is not safe for ladies to go out of the society at night. There have been incidents of chain snatching and other crimes in the area outside the society. The amenities are average, and there is no swimming pool or gym. It takes about 1.5 hours to get an Ola or Uber, and autos are also not readily available; you have to wait for about 30 minutes. There is no parking for visitors; they have to park their cars outside. The maintenance charges are high, and issues are not resolved quickly. The committee members are not good, and the chairman is also involved in politics. Some flats have cracks on the walls.

Good things here
Schools and hospitals are conveniently located near the society, and auto cabs are readily available for transportation. Security is excellent, with 24/7 CCTV surveillance covering all areas and security guards stationed at entrances. There is a continuous water and electricity supply, and allocated parking is provided for both owners and visitors. The society celebrates all festivals, fostering a strong social atmosphere. Maintenance charges are reasonable, and bachelors are permitted to reside in the society.
Things need improvement
The build quality is lacking, with ongoing seepage issues, but the management is attempting to resolve them through renovation efforts. The society lacks amenities, with the swimming pool construction delayed for an extended period, and power backup facilities are limited to the lift and common lighting.

I didn't face any major issues regarding construction; good quality materials were used, and maintenance services are provided well. Nearby, there are schools and hospitals. Some blocks have amenities, while others don't.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are higher than a reasonable price. The narrow roads cause significant traffic congestion during office hours, and it would be better if schools and hospitals were built within the society to utilize the available space more effectively.

Good things here
Transport facilities are available near the society. Cabs are available. The roads are well designed near the society and there is no water logging issue on the roads as such. Garbage collection and disposal is done in the society. Proper Ventilation and Sunlight is available in the society. Swimming pool, gym and clubhouses are present in the society. All the festivals are celebrated together amongst the neighbours. The people are friendly and cooperative.
Things need improvement
The resident is quite happy with their society and even well satisfied. They are not facing any problem in the society as such.
