Good things here
This society is the best for other societies, everything is available in the society and it is very neat and clean, the society roads are very good, all the things are good in the society.
Things need improvement
Emaar Palm Drive Society is the best society of Gurgaon. Everything here is very good and there is no need for any further improvement.

Good things here
Connectivity, maintenance, amenties are well to do & people are very helpful to each other, The have power backup in the society. The maintenance is nice because the clealiness & other maintenance is done on time without delaying it.
Things need improvement
The resident don't face any challenges while staying in the society, They have everything which is necessary or required for them.

Good things here
Beutiful society , ola ,uber,rapido ,easy to catch near the society,construction is very good quality.
Things need improvement
Connectivity little problematic,for catch metro you have to go around 7-8 km away and for railway also.

Good things here
The maintenance is very good the society is kept very neat and clean. The garden is also big and well maintained and all the necessary amenities are avaliable and a small market is on campus only, in which all the necessary items are available other than that there is a mall nearby only. The people in the society are also very nice and everyone gets involved in all the program held in the society .The connectivity to the society is also very good as public transport is also avaliale out side the society all the time.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is very poor as there is lot of seepage on the walls everywhere and Emaar did not do anything about this issue even after complain ,the market is so big that every kind of shop is opening there which makes it very busy and does not look good

The maintenance is very good the society is kept very neat and clean. The society is getting old so now there is little bit of seepage on the wall in most of the flats and from outside also .

Location of the society is very good like middle of the city so no connectivity isuue is there. ameniis are there.

Construction issues of the society, like leakage ,seepage and no paint for long time. pilars are not much strong .

all amenitis facilities like club house ,gym, swiming pool, parking area ,play ground is there.cabs are easy to catch near by.

Good things here
The connectivity is great have school and hospital near by only, the society is kept very clean and beautiful you would really love to go for a walk in the garden, all the amenities are there and well maintained and the living conditions are really good

The roads are not that good outside the society there are few bumps on the roads, walls need painting ,parking could have been improved kind of muddy can be made into solid ground
