The atmosphere is excellent, surrounded by greenery, with timely power backup. There's always good support from the Residents Welfare Association (RWA).

Good things here
The houses are very spacious, with plush, green lawns and a designated play area for kids. The facilities, including the club, are amazing and well-maintained. Security is top-notch, providing residents with peace of mind.

Good things here
Godrej 101 is located 2.5 kilometers from NH 48, just opposite NSG. Central Park features an amphitheater for functions. Uninterrupted power supply is ensured. Residents who have moved in are very helpful in sharing useful information regarding teething problems. There is a designated play area for children and space carved out for senior citizens.
Things need improvement
The 100-meter road from the society gate is yet to be concretized and illuminated, posing challenges for transportation without a personal vehicle. Additionally, power charges, even for normal supply, are levied at a level higher than Vidyut Board rates, and for DG supply, they are much higher.

Good things here
Living here has been fantastic! There are plenty of games to enjoy, ensuring lots of fun. The environment feels safe, thanks to diligent staff. Plus, the club and park are impeccably maintained, adding to the overall enjoyment.
Things need improvement
The approach road to the society gate requires proper construction. While there are currently no internal shops, obtaining daily groceries is not an issue, thanks to regular milkbasket deliveries and the local market just outside the society.

It's a well-maintained society with plenty of amenities suitable for all generations, making it ideal for family living.
Things need improvement
The main roads are still under development, with a new road connecting directly to SPR currently under construction. However, there is a lack of nearby commercial establishments and eateries.

Good things here
Living in this society has been wonderful! I've resided here for over a year now. The greenery is meticulously maintained, and the authorities are highly responsible in their duties. The security staff are also commendable and reliable. The clubs and parks are kept in excellent condition. Overall, it's a great place to call home.
Things need improvement
There are limited shops within the society, often requiring us to go outside for groceries. Additionally, the road condition connecting the society to the main road is quite poor. With no public transport available, we rely heavily on private vehicles for transportation.

A great project Godrej 101 is located in sector 79 Gurgaon. I love that it offers the best mix of contemporary architecture and comfortable living. The project has indoor activities such as Dart board, Pool table, Skating rink and Squash court. It also offers services like Grocery shop. It also offers Car parking. The project is spread over a total area of 10.5 acres of land. It has 80% of open space. Godrej 101 has a total of 7 towers. The construction is of 15 floors. Everything here is very fascinating for people who came from outside of Delhi. The complex is extremely safe for single girls and women living.
