Good things here
Allocated parking was available for owners and visitors in the society.Auto,cabs were easily available near by the society.managing commitee was so attentive to resolve issues of the resident.Security was good as there was 24/7 security system and cctv was available in the society.People were really coperative and helpful in the society.Build quality was really good and there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage.
Things need improvement
All the modern amenities were available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc but the tenants were not allowed to use them and if they want they have to buy membership to use this facilities.

Good things here
The connectivity of the society is more or less good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. The society is connected with the main road. local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are nearby the society. Hospitals are very near the society Garbage collections are done on time in the society. Water supply issues and water logging issues are not faced in the society. The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. 2 balcony are available. Security is very good in the society. Some cultural festivals and events are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
Bus stops are a bit far from the society. There are no metro stations nearby the society. Power backup is only for the common areas. The construction quality of the buildings average, seepage and leakage issues are sometimes seen in the apartments Park and garden is not available in the society, there are 2 lanes where kids play. Club house, gym and swimmingpool is available but I've not accessed any of it.

Good things here
Tranportation is easy to approach as there is auto stand just in front of the gate and bu stand is at walkable distance from the society.All the modern amenities are present in the society.Quality of the construction is really good as there are no issues regarding leakage and seepage.All the festivals are celebarted in the society,Good security system as there are biomatrix facilities on the entrance.
Things need improvement
Connection of the solar panel and generator has been allocated to lifts and common areas only so during the power cuts it is unmanagable for residents

The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available outside the society. Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available outside the society. Parking space was good for both 2 wheeler and 4 wheelers in the society. Water supply is good in the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbege collection is done on time. There are no such electricity issues faced, there were no power cut issues faced at all. Power backup is available. The constructuion quality is very good, no such issues like, seepage, leakage and plaster issues were faced in the society. Security system is very good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Balcony is available. Other facilities like gym, swimming pool, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together.
Things need improvement
During the summer months, the community encountered challenges related to the drinking water supply, signaling a noteworthy concern. Furthermore, the limited size of the gym and clubhouse poses a constraint on the recreational options available to residents.

Build quality is good,no lekage and seepage problems.24/7 water and elctricity supply.connectivity of the society is very good,everything available easily.security system and Maintenance facility are top notch.
Things need improvement
Visitors parking has not been provided.tenant were charged extra to use amenities in the society.heavy deposites has been taken which was not returned as well.

Kalpataru is one of the best society to live in wakad. there are so many small fitness events games conducted timely and society is very neat and clean and displined society and the gaurds are very friendly and the residence are very polite,swimming pool is clean and the gym has many equiptments,society is very well maintained
Things need improvement
As such i do have any complain regarding anything but i think there should be one shiv ji temple inside the campus

The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. CCTV is installed inside premises of the society.Security system is good in the society. Lifts are available and it is maintained properly in the society. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it. Parking space is available and quite spacious. Visitor's parking space is also available. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, club house, play area are available in the society. Roads are perfect outside the society, water logging issues are not faced around the society.
Things need improvement
I have just stayed in the society for 4 to 5 months and I did't find any issues in the society that needs to be rectified. The society is good and properly maintained.

All the festivals are being celebrated in the society,overall good socialism.connectivity is good raiway station is just 3 to 4 km away from the society,schools, hospitals are near by the apartment.good maintainance facilities and all the amenities are present in the society .allocated parking has been provided for resident.

Overall the society is good and everything is just smoth in the society but the roads outside the society is blocked all the time due to traffic.

Roads outside the society is of good quality and there was no issues regarding water logging and traffic.All the modern amenities like kids,play area,swimming pool,gym ,club house etc was availabe in the society.There was no issues regarding water supply as proper bmc water connection has been provided.Cleaniness was great in the society,atmosphere is also good in the society.Construction quality was great there was no seepage issues in the apartments even though rooms were spacious and isolated in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities were available only for common areas only.As thios society is located on wakad area so there was no railway station near by the society,Metro facilities were also not available at that period of time.
