Good things here
Autos and cabs are easily available from outside the society. maintenance of the society is good cleanliness and construction quality is maintained. never had an issue with termites or seepage. all required amenities are available within the society like lifts, a gym, a swimming pool, a playground, and proper parking spots for all.
Things need improvement
Metro is very far from the society somewhat 30 kms. shopping complex of the society is not that good but malls are available within 1km, but still, there are no shops within the society so there could be 1 for everyday necessities.

Good things here
All the festivals are celebrated nicely in the society , people are friendly. There is a temple in the society, many cultural events are celebrated , dancing,singing classes are there for kids in society. People are friendly and supportive with each other.
Things need improvement
One of the major drawback of the society was that there was no metro station near the society.

Left 2-3 yrs. ago. Connectivity was good. Society achchi maintained thi. Seelan ya seepage a koi issue nahi tha, agar kabhi koi issue hota tha toh wo jaldi fix kar dete the. Amenities jaise pool, gym aur club house the, aur maintained the. Open space bhi tha. Neighbours friendly aur cooperative the. Saare festivals celebrate hote the. Pet friendly bhi hai society.

Public transport nahi tha lekin cabs wagairah mai issue nahi tha. Metro available nahi thi.

Good things here
Since the construction is new, the maintenance is currently in good condition, with residents taking care of any issues that arise. Cleaning and upkeep are being properly maintained. Connectivity is also excellent, with auto cabs readily available, along with easy access to Ola and Uber services. All amenities, such as the gym,kids play area,park are available within the society and are well-maintained. The residents are cooperative, and all festivals are celebrated within the society.
Things need improvement
As of now, there haven't been any issues regarding the quality of construction. However, it may take a few months to truly assess the durability and quality of the construction.

Situated in sector 86 Gurgaon, Microtek Greenburg is a blooming project. It is one of the exceptional residential housing project I have seen so far. With perfect blend of open green landscapes and comfort. I bought the house around a year back and was not able to stay due to work. But when the pandemic hit, me and my husband both got a chance to appreciate the beauty around the house. Also the warmth inside the house is very overwhelming. I am very happy with this purchase in this project. The Society is near to Northern Periphery Road, schools, and 100 Acres Golf Course.

Mangalya Novena Green's floor design and master plan maximize space usage, making each room, kitchen, bathroom, and balcony look larger and more spacious. The interior roads are well-maintained and well-lit at night. There are also CCTV cameras installed throughout the building. You will always feel safe and secure thanks to competent and modern security professionals. Furthermore, the connection is considerably better, since booked cabs arrive without difficulty, and all of the schools, universities and bus stops are close by.

The project developer delayed a little but has delivered the unit I own. Most of the development is done. The interior of the apartment is nice and so is the environment.
