Good things here
Cabs and autos are readily available at the corner of the society. The atmosphere of the society is very spacious. Cleaning is done very well both inside and outside the society.
Things need improvement
Amenities such as a swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are not provided in the society. The construction quality is not up to standard, and there are several seepage issues present.

Maintaining of lift is average. Construction quaality is preety good. People are very good and co-opertaive. Connectivity also good.
Things need improvement
Certainly.it seem the railway station is quite a distance from the society.Poor roads can indeed to the difficulty.

Connectivity is easily available like cabs .The ola if we book at any time it will available in front of the society.

Construction quality is very bad.The walls are cracked and the walls are logged with water.

Greenary of the society is very spacious. People are very positive minded and co-operative in the society. connectivity is near it is convienent.

Costruction quality is not satisfatory. Lift is not available in the society. There is no club house in the society.

Hospitals are very near with a walkable distance for emergency. Atmosphere of the society is very spacious and very calm in the society.

The water facility is excellent, available 24 hours within the society. Cabs and autos are easily accessible inside the society. The people are very cooperative and friendly.
Things need improvement
Plaster of Paris is not used in the society's construction, but the overall construction quality is not satisfactory. Some seepage issues are present in the bathrooms and kitchen sinks, indicating poor maintenance.

Ventilation in the society is excellent. The large flats are always kept clean. Cabs and autos are readily available, making transportation very convenient.

There are frequent electricity issues in the society, and the internet connection is also unreliable. Moreover, there is no power backup available. The amenities in the society are practically nonexistent.

Good things here
The society has excellent connectivity, with auto rickshaws and cabs readily available. Metro and railway stations are nearby. The location is convenient, ventilation is good, and electricity supply is reliable. Power backups are in place. Local shops and markets are within walking distance.
Things need improvement
There are some concerns regarding construction quality such as seepage, leakage, termite infestation, and paint peeling. Additional amenities like a gym, swimming pool, club house, park, and children's play area are not provided in the community. The security system is inadequate. Improved maintenance is required. The builder's reputation is subpar, leading to various issues within the community.
