Good things here
Maintenance was excellent, ensuring a hygienic society. CCTV cameras and lifts were installed throughout. All amenities were fully functional and well maintained. Parks provided ample space for kids to play. The standout feature of the society was its cleanliness and exceptional maintenance.
Things need improvement
The metro station is quite a distance from the society, making transportation challenging. Finding autos and cabs can be difficult. However, there is nothing to dislike about this society.

This Sob ha community is similar to others but boasts a much larger landscape. Its proximity to IT parks is advantageous for many IT workers. Additionally, the community is linguistically diverse, with residents speaking almost every language.
Things need improvement
The area faces a lack of public transport, with only BMTC buses operating on a somewhat limited schedule. The cost of living is relatively high compared to other parts of Bangalore. Additionally, the roads are not fully developed, leading to water blockages in the underpass during heavy rainfall.

Security system is good. Outsiders are not allowed without a pass, ensuring security. The community boasts a well-maintained club, a spacious playground, and lush green parks for walking. There's a dedicated kid play area and a well-equipped gym. The swimming pool is regularly maintained with frequent water changes. Nominal maintenance charges are applicable. The location, situated near the main road, provides good access to public transport with minimal traffic. The overall quality of construction is excellent.
Things need improvement
There is no metro connectivity. The parking area for visitors is limited. The condition of the roads could be improved, and there is only one park in the vicinity.

The convenience of garbage collection at the doorstep is an added feature. The location of Sob ha Dream Acres is considered great, as it provides easy access to schools, hospitals, malls, and other essential facilities.
Things need improvement
The road condition in the area is a bit rough, and there is no direct bus connectivity, requiring a walk of 1.5 km to reach the nearest bus stop. Additionally, metro connectivity is not always convenient, and residents may need to drive approximately 6 km to reach the nearest metro station.

Good things here
The environment was nice and clean. Being a pet lover, the best part was that it was pet-friendly, which I appreciated. CCTV cameras were installed at crucial locations in the society, enhancing security. Additionally, it had a beautiful swimming pool and all the necessary amenities.
Things need improvement
The main issues were its distance from the city, making cabs less readily available. Another concern was a seepage problem, but it was resolved last year.

User Good landscaping full of greenery and good clean air silent and serene apartment with a view enjoyed my stay quiet surroundings 24x7 security all amenities available inside the apartment and very for people working in mandate tech park, Herbal, airport very can reach as easiest without traffic and delay
