Things need improvement
The community, which is only four years old, boasts a plethora of available facilities, with the added convenience of easy delivery for all food and groceries, leaving residents with nothing to dislike about the thriving and well-equipped society.

Aparna Serene Park is one of the greatest communities in the area with great connectivity. You can even get public transportation like bus within walking distance. Easy to reach ORR, airport and hospitals. Wide roads of Gachibowli, hence no traffic issues. There are a lot of dining options at Botanical garden and AMB mall which are very close.

Suitable for working couple and parents as the standard safety measures are taken care. A good connectivity to shops, malls, ATM, colleges and schools and all other basic amenities are available at a walking distance. Wide roads and well maintained is an additional advantage along with power backup.
