Good things here
The construction quality of the building is top notch as there are no issues of leakage or seepage.The people living in the society are quite friendly and cooperative. Children's park is available and parks for elderly for their morning and evening walks are also present.
Things need improvement
No metro station is available near the society. If the residents want to reach the metro station, they have to travel via autos or cabs.

Good things here
CCTV camera, lifts were installed. No issue of water logging. Good neighbours.

No nearby metro station. No gym. No swimming pool. Issue of leakage during monsoon.

The society has a fantastic market, easy access to public transport, and many other good things going for it.
Things need improvement
The school right in front of the society brings a bit of chaos during peak times, especially in the morning and afternoons when the school gets out. The nearby red light adds to the rush as well.

The society has got it all – great security, a nearby metro station, and easy access to cabs and autos. Everything you need is right here.
Things need improvement
The maintenance charges are on the higher side, and on top of that, separate fees are required for amenities.

Good things here
The security was solid, allowing the kids to play there on their own, and the surrounding area was pretty nice too.
Things need improvement
The elevator would break down almost every other day, and it took ages for repairs. Plus, the cleaning wasn't done very well at all.

The roads around the society are excellent, and it's convenient with schools, hospitals, and markets nearby.
Things need improvement
Unfortunately, there's no clubhouse in the society, no swimming pool, and the gym, though present, is not up to par and poorly maintained.

Good things here
The people here are really cooperative and supportive. The society is in a fantastic location, and we're lucky to have 24/7 power and water supply.
Things need improvement
As a tenant, if you want to enjoy the swimming pool, gym, clubhouse, or park, there are additional charges. Also, keep in mind that power backup comes with a cost of 15-20 Rs per unit.

Good things here
The society's location is quite nice, and we're fortunate to have reliable power backup and water supply. On top of that, we enjoy a beautiful garden.
Things need improvement
Getting to the railway station is a bit of a trek, as it's far away in Ghaziabad. Additionally, the metro station is about 7 km away from our society.

Good things here
The lift maintenance is pretty solid, and they do a great job with the spacious garden area. The people here are really friendly, adding to the positive vibe.

There aren't specific restrictions, and it's a gated community. However, the water facility isn't up to the mark.
