The construction quality of the apartment is average, with a lack of exceptional materials. Though functional, it may not meet the higher standards expected by some residents.

The people living in this society are cooperative, and the community celebrates all festivals as a family with joy. There are approximately 520 flats in this society, which is well-connected to many international schools and has good transportation facilities like cabs and buses. The society's maintenance is excellent, providing all necessary facilities such as water supply and reliable power backup options for residents. Additionally, there are excellent amenities available, including a clubhouse, gym, and community hall for recreational activities.
The major drawback of this society is the monkey problem. Sometimes, monkeys enter the flats, causing problems for residents. Additionally, there are leakage issues in the washroom walls due to poor construction quality.

This society has lots of schools and a few hospitals nearby, abundant greenery, and plenty of trees. There is no pollution, and maintenance facilities are excellent due to reliable water supply and power backup systems. The management has provided all the amenities promised, such as a play area, gym, and community spaces. There are no issues with leakage due to the top-notch construction quality.
The major problem is with transportation facilities, there is a bus stop nearby but the availability buses are very few also society has nearby there are no shopping malls.

Moreover, the connectivity within the community is exceptional, with convenient access to various international schools and hospitals within a 1km to 2km radius, as well as a nearby bus stop. The society maintains high cleanliness standards through regular cleaning efforts and overall meticulous maintenance. Essential amenities such as park, swimming pool, clubhouse, and gym are meticulously cared for. Furthermore, the abundance of greenery, expansive walking paths, and open areas contribute to a serene living environment. Residents also enjoy a vibrant community spirit, with organized celebrations of festivals and events.
The only drawback of this society that residents often complain about is seepage problems, which arise due to the lack of construction quality.

The society has excellent maintenance facilities, such as a reliable water supply, crucial during the summer months due to the nearby lake. Other essential services like cleaning, power backups, and waste disposal are well-managed. Furthermore, the society benefits from superb connectivity, with renowned international schools and hospitals like MANIPAL and CLOUD9 within a 1 to 6 km range. Nearby supermarkets add to the convenience. Structurally, the buildings offer excellent ventilation, ensuring comfort for residents. Additionally, the society provides a range of amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, badminton and tennis courts, yoga rooms, basketball play areas, a tree house, and a kids' play area. The presence of a supermarket and a salon within the society adds convenience.
The roads outside the society have not fully developed, and cab connectivity is also not great because most of the time cabs won't book.

Within a 5 km radius, residents have access to shopping complexes, schools, hospitals, and well-functioning streetlights. Daily cleaning and regular garbage collection are carried out, ensuring cleanliness. Good ventilation and air quality are maintained in the rooms, while amenities like a gym, badminton club, swimming pool, tennis court, and pet-friendly environment are well-maintained. The surrounding people are helpful and cooperative.
There is a need for improvement regarding the numerous holes in the roads outside the society, which pose a safety hazard and require attention for smoother traffic flow.

The greenery of the society is very good, with a lot of trees in the area. Maintenance charges are very reasonable. Water facility is good so far, and power backup is also available in the society. Parking areas are also very spacious in the society. People are very friendly in the society. The walking area is very spacious in the city. Ventilation is very good in the flat because there are many windows and the balcony is also very spacious. We celebrate every festival in the society like a family."
"Cabs and autos are not available always. Even if we book Ola, cabs are also not available every time. Only sometimes autos are convenient in the society. Construction quality is poor, and there are some seepage issues in other flats. Public transportation is not good in the society, as there are no buses available."

Greenery is excellent in the society, and greenery maintenance is very good. For maintenance per year, they are using 7 lakh rupees. There are a lot of trees in the society. Security is also very good in the society; it's very secure. There are three security guards at the main gate daily. The builder is very good."
