Good things here
Living here offers a friendly neighborhood vibe, and there's even a table tennis playground for some fun. Yulu bike service is also available, which is convenient. It's a peaceful area away from the hustle and bustle of the city, with easy access to the highway.
Things need improvement
It's really frustrating when a company takes your money but doesn't deliver what they promised. It's been a whole year and still no progress on starting construction or even giving updates. They're not being transparent about what's going on, and it feels like they're not keeping their word. Plus, there are extra charges that seem unfair. The apartments themselves might be nice, but it's the staff who's causing all the trouble by not being honest.

It's a great place with a playground, perfect for outdoor fun. Additionally, the availability of Yulu service adds convenience for transportation.
Things need improvement
The absence of a nearby metro station is inconvenient, and the high maintenance charges coupled with poor maintenance services are disappointing.

Good things here
There's a dedicated children's play area for the little ones to enjoy. Each tower has its own lift, which is convenient. Additionally, there are small breakout areas after each tower, providing nice spots to relax or socialize.
Things need improvement
The construction quality could definitely be improved. Considering the high maintenance charges, the builder should prioritize resident welfare and ensure better construction standards.

Good things here
Being on the outskirts of Gurgaon means you're away from the city traffic, which is a big plus. There's plenty of open space available outside the society, offering a more serene environment.
Things need improvement
The construction quality is really disappointing. If you need to go out, having your own vehicle is essential, or else you'll have to rely on paid cab services.

Good things here
It's genuinely the best society I've come across. Everything, from schools and hospitals to markets and bus stops, is conveniently close. The infrastructure is excellent, and the people here are intelligent and friendly.
Things need improvement
I have nothing to complain about! Everything is excellent in this society. I've been living here for the past 5 years, and it's truly wonderful

Good things here
This society is really pleasant. The maintenance is top-notch, and it's conveniently close to NH 44. Plus, the rent is affordable. Having shops within the society is a great convenience, and the cleanliness is well-maintained too.
Things need improvement
The parking space is limited, which can be inconvenient for residents. Additionally, there's only power backup available in common areas, not in individual units.

Good things here
The community is described as a gated one, where outsiders or delivery partners cannot enter without residents' permission via call or approval through the My Gate app. CCTV cameras are strategically installed. Essential stores such as grocery, vegetable and fruit shops, pharmacy, salons, and food courts are available within the society complex. There is a clear separation between residential and commercial zones with guards and gates. One-way traffic management inside the premises is implemented to reduce unforeseen accidents.
Things need improvement
Poor construction quality is highlighted, including issues like chipping of plasters and paints, air build-up between tiles and floors, and walls and doors that are not as strong as desired. Additionally, there is no electricity backup implemented yet, and the electrical fittings are described as of average quality.
