One of the nearest affordable societies on Dwarka Expressway to Delhi and IGI Airport is [Name of the Society]. It offers a convenient location with sufficient parking space and close proximity to all essential facilities.
Things need improvement
The absence of a clubhouse is a drawback, especially for an affordable category society. Including amenities like a gym, swimming pool, and other facilities could significantly enhance the appeal of the society and make it a more desirable place to live, considering the reasonable cost of living.

Good things here
I'm really pleased with the facilities provided in our society. The maintenance of the green parks and common areas is excellent, which adds to the overall appeal of the place. Plus, the other services offered here are also top-notch.
Things need improvement
The absence of a gym is disappointing, and the availability of public transport is poor. There aren't many shops around, and the park space is limited. Additionally, there's no metro connectivity, and some of the walls are not in good condition.

This society is excellently connected with the Bajkhera Flyover, Dwarka Expressway, and Delhi Airport, making it highly accessible. It boasts open spaces and ample sunlight, creating a pleasant environment. With its large size and high-quality residents, it offers a great living experience. A quick look at the map and a small analysis will reveal the significance of the area and its locality.
Things need improvement
The front side, a 50-meter government road, is in need of repair. Fortunately, the government is expected to commence work on this road soon. Additionally, the area is well connected with Puri Diplomatic, ensuring convenient access to nearby facilities.

Good things here
I have been living there for three years. The society boasts a well-maintained swimming pool, spacious playground, and nearby shops. Additionally, the playgrounds are also well maintained.
Things need improvement
There are also some drawbacks such as limited green space area and lack of pet-friendly policies. Additionally, residents have experienced frequent seepage issues, inadequate power backup, and the absence of metro connectivity.

Security and management are excellent; stringent security checks ensure that only authorized individuals enter the society premises.
Things need improvement
There have been occasional electricity cutoffs due to government regulations in Gurgaon, but the society promptly provides backup power and addresses any arising issues effectively.
