Moreover, the finishing of the project stands out, offering a higher quality compared to other affordable flats in the area.

The society, being new, is well-maintained with a strong sense of community. Residents come together for festivals, and issues are promptly resolved. Its location near the Jaipur highway is convenient, with shops within a 1km radius. Internal roads are in good condition, and there are no issues with water logging.
The main drawback is the road connectivity, as reaching the highway requires navigating through narrow village roads or under-construction mud and sand roads. Security measures could be improved, and obtaining a cab can be challenging, despite being only 1 km from the highway.

The society faces the challenge of a non-availability of a metro line, although this is being addressed in new metro line planning. There is also a need for repairs on the approach road from KMT Expressway.

The main issues include the lack of road connectivity and inadequate revenue roads for commuting. Additionally, there is no water supply, and residents rely on water tankers. The management of the apartment association is also poor.

While there are no significant dislikes, one minor inconvenience is that cab booking tends to take longer than usual. However, the upside is that it ensures safety and security. Planning ahead by booking a cab at least 15 minutes before needed can help navigate this aspect.

The major concerns include inadequate road infrastructure, lacking connectivity from the front commercial side, and no government plans for a service road in the near future. Water supply relies on tankers, with no expectation of GMD water for the next two years. The unpleasant odor from toilet flushes indicates issues with the STP plant. There's also awareness of false commitments being made.
