Despite being only 1.5 kilometers from the Delhi-Jaipur expressway, the society lacks direct connectivity, requiring residents to navigate through village roads to reach the project. However, the flat sizes are generous, providing ample space and natural light. Moreover, the finishing of the project stands out, offering a higher quality compared to other affordable flats in the area.

Positive Review: The construction quality is excellent, and the society enjoys good connectivity to major roads like NH8, CPR, SPR, and Dwarka road.

Despite some ongoing road construction and pending water and sewage connectivity, there have been no significant issues reported regarding these matters.

The gated society offers the best in affordability, with three parks and ample parking space available for residents. Overall, residents are content and happy within the community.

The society, being new, is well-maintained with a strong sense of community. Residents come together for festivals, and issues are promptly resolved. Its location near the Jaipur highway is convenient, with shops within a 1km radius. Internal roads are in good condition, and there are no issues with water logging.
Things need improvement
The main drawback is the road connectivity, as reaching the highway requires navigating through narrow village roads or under-construction mud and sand roads. Security measures could be improved, and obtaining a cab can be challenging, despite being only 1 km from the highway.

This ready-to-move-in property offers well-lit spaces, abundant open areas, and both covered and open parking options. It is a Pre-approved property with an operational swimming pool and a community center. The location is strategically placed with a nearby railway station, upcoming ISBN, and is approximately 30 km from the airport. Excellent connectivity includes Dark Expressway, with KMT just 15 minutes away. Additionally, there is proximity to hospitals, schools, and shopping centers.
Things need improvement
The society faces the challenge of a non-availability of a metro line, although this is being addressed in new metro line planning. There is also a need for repairs on the approach road from KMT Expressway.

The society offers ample space, and the apartment design is well-liked. Flats were sold to residents with the promise of CPR road connectivity. Additionally, the society premises have plenty of open space.

The main issues include the lack of road connectivity and inadequate revenue roads for commuting. Additionally, there is no water supply, and residents rely on water tankers. The management of the apartment association is also poor.

The society is excellent for residential purposes, providing all essentials in one space. Notably, the efficient security measures were evident when they successfully located a lost baby's cycle within just two days of receiving the complaint, reflecting a high level of safety and responsiveness.

While there are no significant dislikes, one minor inconvenience is that cab booking tends to take longer than usual. However, the upside is that it ensures safety and security. Planning ahead by booking a cab at least 15 minutes before needed can help navigate this aspect.

The major concerns include inadequate road infrastructure, lacking connectivity from the front commercial side, and no government plans for a service road in the near future. Water supply relies on tankers, with no expectation of GMD water for the next two years. The unpleasant odor from toilet flushes indicates issues with the STP plant. There's also awareness of false commitments being made.
