This neighborhood is like a big family where everyone knows each other and enjoys spending time together. It's a safe place with guards and cameras watching over us. The modular kitchen is amazing, and the tiles used for the kitchen and bathroom is very thoughtful. Also the balcony has great space and the view from my balcony is soothing. The amenities are usual as other societies but security is far better from other societies.

Balagere, Bangalore’s Golden Quadrilateral, is witnessing rapid developments in the Real Estate domain. Sarjapura Road is an important road that connects the locality with all the major towns of the city. Sobha Dream acres is a commendable society which has 16 tower in total and has commendable security system. I am staying here from 6 months now. However, I am not so impressed to be here. it’s not easy to adjust in a locality with minimal network coverage. It isvery difficult to work from home with the bad coverage. The facilities are obviously like the other societies but the maintenance can be upheld a little more. There are too many limitations to point out.

Sobha Dream Acres is a nice multistory residential project located in Panathur. It is very close to Outer Ring Road with all modern amenities and facilities. The architects have made optimum usage of room in the lofts. You will undoubtedly feel lively in the splendid rooms here with sufficient natural light. I like the positive quality of the apartment will breathe life into my life all as the day progressed. Most importantly the security system here is the most commendable. I stay alone in a villa and I can fully assure it is very safe here inside the society. I am very happy with my stay here in the society.

Abundant lush greenery, wide open spaces, and a host of modern amenities. Dream Acres offers the best of community living, giving you easy access to work, shopping and entertainment. Designed using advanced precast technology, the homes exude brilliance in terms of beauty and value. I love the way it has everything I ever dreamed. The modular kitchen is amazing, and the tiles used for the kitchen and bathroom is very thoughtful. Also the balcony has great space and the view from my balcony is soothing. The amenities are usual as other societies but security is far better from other societies.
