This neighborhood is like a big family where everyone knows each other and enjoys spending time together. It's a safe place with guards and cameras watching over us. We have everything we need here, like parks, pools, gyms, and places to hang out. The people who take care of our buildings do a great job, so everything always looks nice. Plus, we have stores nearby for groceries and other stuff we need every day. It's a peaceful place too, with lots of trees and quiet spots to relax.

The construction is good, but the overall maintenance is average. There's an issue with sound transfer, as I can hear noise from the flush when someone on the upper floor uses their washroom. Another drawback is the lack of public transport, with the nearest bus stop being 2-3kms away on the outer ring road. To reach there, one needs to take an auto, Rapid, or Ola/Uber. However, Ola/Uber services are available 24 hours.

RPS School is within walking distance, and there's a superficiality hospital nearby. The Gurgaon university campus is under construction nearby, and LRI campus is only 15 km away. Tomato and Twiggy deliver here. Overall, it's a good society with decent amenities within budget

The society currently has only a 24-meter road, which is yet to be built. However, this doesn't mean the roads within the society are messy. The entrance is decent and secure.

Sarjapura Road is an important road that connects the locality with all the major towns of the city. Sobha Dream acres is a commendable society which has 16 tower in total and has commendable security system. I am staying here from 6 months now. However, I am not so impressed to be here. it’s not easy to adjust in a locality with minimal network coverage. It isvery difficult to work from home with the bad coverage. The facilities are obviously like the other societies but the maintenance can be upheld a little more. There are too many limitations to point out.

Sobha Dream Acres is a nice multistory residential project located in Panathur. It is very close to Outer Ring Road with all modern amenities and facilities. The architects have made optimum usage of room in the lofts. You will undoubtedly feel lively in the splendid rooms here with sufficient natural light. I like the positive quality of the apartment will breathe life into my life all as the day progressed. Most importantly the security system here is the most commendable. I stay alone in a villa and I can fully assure it is very safe here inside the society. I am very happy with my stay here in the society.
