Good things here
there is ample parking space. there is multiple parks for playing the children. its a very good area.

There are frequesnt light cuts and there is very traffic jams on the road so pollution is high there.

The infrastructure is solid, featuring amenities like a communal playground, swimming pool, library, and table tennis court. Plus, the society's proximity to the airport is convenient, and there are excellent local transportation options available. Additionally, there are shops nearby to fulfill any needs you might have.
Things need improvement
Even though it's a upscale neighborhood, there's a noticeable presence of street dogs, which can be a concern. Noise pollution from the hustle and bustle of transportation is another issue I encountered while living here. This activity also contributes to pollution problems. I wish there was a hospital nearby for emergencies to address any unexpected medical needs.

The society is well-maintained, and each tower has a spacious parking lot. The environment is peaceful and surrounded by greenery, making mornings enjoyable. Compared to other societies in Bangalore, commuting is relatively easy from here. Plus, there's a sports ground available for various indoor and outdoor activities, adding to the appeal of the place.
Things need improvement
Living in the society comes at a cost, as the maintenance charges are quite high. Additionally, some residents find that the interior quality of the apartments is not up to par, which can be disappointing.

Its lush green surroundings, a large and well-maintained swimming pool, and a spacious playground where children can enjoy and play games. The parks are also neat and clean, adding to the beauty of the place. Additionally, the high-quality facilities contribute to its relatively expensive nature, making it inaccessible for middle-class individuals. Maintenance charges are also steep, and the green area is limited within the society.

Phoenix One is a popular place to live in West Bangalore, but it does have some downsides. The airport is pretty far, about 33 kilometers away, which can be inconvenient for travelers. Also, there's no metro station nearby, making public transportation a bit trickier. Plus, the gym facilities aren't as advanced as some residents might like.
