Good things here
Transportation connectivity near the society is satisfactory with availability of cabs and autos. Maintenance quality is good with CCTVs being installed. No seepage and leakage issues exist making the construction quality good. Amenities like gym, swimming pool and clubhouse are available and well maintained. Residents are friendly and cooperative. The environment is pet friendly too. Gardens are also available.
Things need improvement
The society provides all basic amenities, thus, it's difficult to identify any possible dislikes

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, schools, restaurants are available just outside the society. The connectivity of the society is very good, public transports like auto, cabs are easily available at a walkable distance outside the society. The society is always maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. The constructuion quality is good in the society, sometimes issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Other facilities and amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People staying in the society are friendly and cooperative in the society, all the cultural festivals and events are celebrated together. The society is very beautifully maintained and the society looks very luxurious.

Buses are not available outside the society.

All the facilities like club house,gym,swiming pool,parking area all are there. very good society ,clean and hygenic.

No public transport is avialable on night time, also day time . grocery , saloon shop is not avialable inside the society.

Good things here
She said connectivity accha hai society ka, aas paas mein sab cheezein available hain. Lifts hain society mein. Power back up bhi hai. Balcony hai society flats mein. Amenities like gym, swimming pool, clubhouse, parks sab available hai. Neighbours bhi bohot acche hain.
Things need improvement
Society ka maintenance theek nahi hai, painting ka issue hai, saaf safai us level pe nahi hoti hai jaise pehle hoti thi. Maintenance charges poora le rahe hain, lekin us level ki service nahi de rahe hain. Thoda bohot seepage ka issue hota hai.

Cabs are easily available from the society, the construction quality of roads is good, as the society is well connected with elevated roads getting in and out of the society/town is easy. society stays neat and clean all the time. As the building is constructed by DLF the materials used are of good quality. seepage is not an issue in the society. all required amenities are available within the society itself like a swimming pool, gym, and clubhouse. the society has a green and healthy environment.
Things need improvement
The water supply of the society is not good, the water is not clean which starts clotting the drainage pipes and water supply pipes.

Good things here
The society maintainance is very good, it's kept clean and hygine is maintained properly. Garbage collection is done on time. Pest control is done on time. CCTV cameras are installed. Security system is very good in the society. Lifts are available and it functional properly. Water logging issues are not faced as such, drainage system is good in the society. There are no major issues regarding water supply and electricity in the society. The society is well connected with easy accessibility of public transports like auto, cabs and buses. Amenities like gym, swimmingpool, park, club house, play area for kids are available in the society. All are well maintained. The people are overall good and social in the society.
Things need improvement
The worst part about the society is the construction quality which is very bad. Seepage and leakage issues are very common, even wall quality is not good, the plaster comes off easily. The door quality is not good. Termite issues happens a lot. There is no metro connectivity near the society.

Beautiful and extremely well maintained society. It does justice to its name with greenery all around and its royal look. The guards and the Maintaince personnel are extremely well behaved and any complaints/tickets are resolved quickly. The amenities including the club house, gym, swimming pool, and the sports courts are in excellent condition.

What can I really say about DLF Regal Gardens other than it is money’s worth! Yes price is steep but that is natural since this is one of the big project in Gurgaon City. Location is the best part of project for me. All major highway, school, hospital nearby, my own office and more. Children love proximity to all the café, restaurant and all in the locality. No worry about their safety in this area. Get good mobile tower even on higher floors. Construction quality and type is very good and society respond fast also. Saw some water logging this time during monsoon but should be fixed soon.
