Good things here
Everything is available in public transports like auto, bus, rikshaws, cabs are easily accessible outside the society. The connectivity is very convinient. Market areas, schools, restaurants all are nearby the society. Everything is available within 15 to 20mins away from the society. The maintainance services are good in the society, the society is kept clean. gym, club house, play area are available in the society in amenities. Seepage and leakage issues are not faced as such, the construction quality is good. Water supply and electricity is available for 24*7 in the society, there are no such issues faced regarding it.
Things need improvement
I am not aware if the society has got swimmingpool available, when I stayed there was no swimmingpool, it was being constructed. There was a small leak in the kitchen but that was mended soon. During rainy season water logging issues are faced, there is a slum area just outside one of the main gate, over there water logging issues are faced as it is connected to the slum area. Maintainance charges are very high.

Sare local transport like bus cabs autos jaldi mil date the society se. garden tha society me. pani 24*7 available raheta tha. leakage re related koi issue kbhi nhi aaya. log and security dono bhi kafi cooperative the. society safe thi. metro 15mins walking distance pr hi thi. visitors ke leye alag se parking hai. flats me acchi balconies hai. society bohot clean thi.
Things need improvement
Pass me hi society ke slum area tha us vajaha se raat me bahar jana safe nhi lagata tha. autos vagera thoda mushkil se milta tha raat ko. clubhouse bana nhi tha. highway jane ke liye car se 20mins lagate the. traffic ka bohot issue tha.

Good things here
Society is on prime location like local railway station,metro,bus stand is on walkable distance from the society.All the modern amenities are present in the society and fully functional.Society is very well maintained and time to time cleaning is done.high security to there residents all the areas are under cctv survilance.there is no water logging ,leakage and seepage issues in the apartments.Allocated parking for owners and visitors in the society.
Things need improvement
Power back up facilities are there in the society and allocated to units as well but they are some charges being taken from the residents due to that maintenance charges increases.bachelor's are not allowed in the society.

Good things here
Security was great they used to maintain a register, if somebody visits, they used to note down their name and other details. auto and buses were available at walking distance. restaurants and market were at walking distance. play area, gym, and garden was there in the society. society was clean and not faced any construction related issues. flats were very specious. ample amount of water supply was available.
Things need improvement
Roads Infront of the society was very narrow due to which traffic used to jam. society was surrounded by slum area. swimming pool was not present in the society.

Nearby local shops, super markets and grocery stores, restaurants are available outside the society. The society is maintained and kept clean, hygine is properly maintained. Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available. Other facilities like gym, parks,club house, play area for kids are available in the society. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society.
Things need improvement
The absence of a swimming pool and average construction quality, coupled with issues such as seepage, leakage, and plaster problems, impacts the overall living experience in the society.

Drinking water is available 24*7 in the society. Water supply is good. Garbage collection is done on time everyday. Lift is available and maintained properly. Drainage system is good in this society. Other facilities like gym,swimming pool, parks,club house, play area for kids are available in the society. The constructuion quality is good, issues like seepage, leakage and plaster issues are not faced in the society. Parking space is available. Visitor's parking space is available. People are friendly and cooperative, cultural events and festivals are celebrated together in the society. Security system is good, CCTV is available. Security guards are available. Security apps are available.

The society is situated at a slight distance from the highway, which can impact accessibility, this results in longer travel times and transportation challenges.

Lifts are available and it is functional properly. construction quality of the buildings is very good, seepage and leakage issues are not faced in the apartments. there are no such water logging issues inside the society, society has got good drainage system. Amenities and facilities like gym, club house, park, play area for kids are available in the society.
Things need improvement
The society is very close to the slum area, which was an issue. Entrance of the society are quite narrow. swimmingpool is under construction, it is not functional. cultural festivals and events are not celebrated together in the society, I had very limited interactions with people in the society.

Good things here
24-hour water and electricity are available in the society. All amenities such as gym, clubhouse, etc., are provided. The rooms are spacious, well-designed, and properly ventilated. Allocated parking spaces for owners are available. The security system is excellent, with surveillance covering all areas.
Things need improvement
There is a landfill located adjacent to the society, causing unpleasant odors. The build quality is poor, with issues of leakage and seepage. There is no swimming pool in the society, and parking space is insufficient. Bachelors are not allowed in the society, and some residents are not considerate. Auto cab facilities are scarce, and there is no nearby local market.

Superb connectivity: The area boasts excellent connectivity, making travel convenient.Absence of disturbance within the society,despite external disturbances from nearby roads, the society itself remains peaceful.No seepage issues,there are no problems with seepage.Clubhouse and swimming pool are not available,while these amenities may be absent, their absence could mean lower maintenance fees or quieter surroundings.
Things need improvement
Inconsistent water quality, occasionally hard, can be inconvenient for residents. Lack of clubhouse and swimming pool,the absence of these amenities may be disappointing for residents seeking recreational facilities.

Maintennance is good at even the time fo covid, Connectivity of the society is very good and allotments of aprkign was deligently done. Lifts are in working condition, security was uptight in the society. There is no seepage issue in teh society

There is nothing that needs to be improved in the society, one can live here with basic amenities
