Good things here
This society stands out due to its vast space and numerous exploration opportunities. Even after spending years here, residents continue to discover new areas within the society. With amenities like Runwal Greens, there's plenty to enjoy. The cricket ground is particularly impressive, offering ample space and reducing the risk of flats' windows being broken. Additionally, there's proper parking, unlike in other overcrowded societies. With spacious flats, open grounds, and positive vibes, this society truly feels like a dream home.
Things need improvement
Builders sometimes make mistakes, but perfection isn't always possible. Despite their efforts to provide a comprehensive package, there have been some issues along the way. For example, there's been some water logging in the parking area, which although not a major problem, hasn't been fully resolved. Additionally, the fittings used in the flats are of average quality and may need replacement soon. The city lifts, which are used for S level and not parking, are a bit slow as well.

Good things here
Runwal green is a well maintained society with ample of parking space , has maintained club house , advanced gym facilities, a well maintained swimming pool, huge cricket ground . Supermarkets are nearby locations. Transport facilities are available for transportation . The lifts are highly equipped and it's too fast ,
Things need improvement
As there are 8 towers there is huge rush at security point . As The securities are making entry of each and every people visiting in the society , due to long queues people are silly wasting their time at security check point . There is also a huge queue for the lifts . Strangers entering in the society needs approval of the owners on my gate app .,

Good things here
Railway station and bus stop is at walkable distance from the society.ALl the modern amenities are there in the society like swimmimg pool,club house,gym ,kids play area and eveything is fully functional in the society.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Society is safe and secure as there is good security system in the society.
Things need improvement
Construction quality is poor as there are leakage issues in the society even owners has to fix it on there own.Tenats are being charged extra to use amenities in the society.

Good things here
Our society has advanced CCTV cameras for safety, well-maintained gyms and clubs for recreation, and plenty of space for children to play with a large playground. There are shops within the society and two swimming pools for both children and adults. We have ample parking space, and outsiders like salesmen are not allowed. Plus, there's excellent power backup
Things need improvement
Daily traffic jams are common in this area. There are a few temples nearby for Hindu worshippers. Currently, there's no metro connectivity nearby, and the airport is far from here

Good things here
The society is well-maintained and benefits from excellent connectivity due to its proximity to the highway. There is a well-kept ground within the society that is spacious overall. The view is fantastic, with numerous facilities nearby, including various outlets for fashion and food.
Things need improvement
Currently, there's no metro connectivity, but it's expected in the future. There's a slight seepage issue, though not significant. Visitor parking has some limitations. Overall, the maintenance is above average.

The tower has excellent infrastructure and is connected to the highway, with easy access to public transportation. It boasts a well-maintained swimming pool, multiple parks, and ample parking space. The surrounding roads are also well-kept. High-class residents live here, and there's a reputed hospital nearby.
Things need improvement
Due to its highway connectivity, traffic jams can occur occasionally. The tower has many shops for food, drinks, and shopping, leading to crowds at all times. It may not be affordable for lower-income individuals

Runway Greens stands out as one of the best-planned townships in Mound West, featuring 8 high-rise residential towers. Its prime location near the Eastern Express Highway and Nahum Station makes it highly accessible. Essential services like Smart and Forts Hospital are just a few steps away. The top-floor flats offer a beautiful view. The project includes amenities like a swimming pool, cricket ground, clubhouse, and more. From a connectivity standpoint, Runway Greens is in one of the best locations.
Things need improvement
Runway Greens faces challenges with poor build quality and numerous water leakages. Its proximity to the main road causes issues with high noise pollution and pollution. The amenities provided by Runway Greens are not well-maintained, considering there are 1400 flats. Security is a concern due to multiple entrance points.

Good things here
It is a well maintained society.a nicely kept community with friendly people. Getting a cab is easy, and there are plenty of shops and cafés around. Schools and a shopping center are nearby, and there's ample parking space. The swimming pool is good, and while the clubhouse could be improved, it's not bad at all.
Things need improvement
The rooms here are small, like 1BHK apartments. There's a traffic jam with a lot of honking, especially bad during the rainy season, leading to many potholes. Electricity often goes out. There's no open ground, and no parking for visitors. Sometimes, the security can be rude to outsiders. So, there are quite a few issues in this neighborhood. People should focus on maintaining cleanliness.

The society is well-maintained, has friendly residents, but it can be challenging for new visitors to find specific wings. There's a proper and well-maintained walking area with adequate security. The placement of security guards is well done, and there's good connectivity. The high-rise buildings have well-equipped and maintained amenities. Overall, the society offers a pleasant living environment with ample fresh air.
Things need improvement
The society is far from the station, and nearby stores are generally expensive. However, there's a nearby Smart for more affordable shopping options.

Runway Green is a well-kept society with plenty of parking space, a well-maintained clubhouse, advanced gym facilities, and a spacious, well-kept swimming pool. It even boasts a large cricket ground. Supermarkets are conveniently located nearby, and transportation facilities are readily available. The lifts are modern and operate at a fast pace.

With 8 towers, the security checkpoint gets quite crowded. The security team records details of everyone entering the society, causing long queues and people wasting time. There's also a big line for the elevators. Strangers require approval from owners through the gate app to enter the society.
