Good things here
My residential experience in the society is really nice as im staying here since 25 years yet i did not faced any issues regarding anything.Local transportation facilities are easy to approach near by the society and bus connectivity is good near by the society.All the modern amenities like swimmig pool,club house,gym kids play area is there in the society.Society is neat ,clean and well maintained.
Things need improvement
Being an old building,quality of the construction has degrade now and there are issues regarding the seeepage and some cracks in the society.

Good things here
Quality of the apartment is good like there is no seepage issues in the apartment.Allocated parking space is available for owners and visitors.Crowd of the people is really good as there are very helpful and friendly.Good security system as there are 24/7 security gaurds in the society.
Things need improvement
During the week days there is traffic issues around the society and road are not that wide to manage this traffic.There is no amenities in this building of hiranandani only small garden area is there.There is no power back up facilities available in the society.

Good things here
All local transports like auto, bus, metro and olla, uber is accessible. roads are wide. society’s view, construction quality and overall ambiance is plus point of the society. society's outside looks are very fancy. schools, restaurants, banquet hall, spa, gym, swimming pool, shopping malls all are build inside the society no need to go out. bachelors are allowed. parking is proper. security is great. no waterproofing or painting related issues. flats have specious balconies. people are decent and educated.
Things need improvement
Mandir is not present inside the society. sometimes there is traffic jam on the main roads.

Good things here
Shopping mall, market, restaurants everything is near by the society. visitors parking and amenities like spa, swimming pool everything is present. overall atmosphere is grate people are friendly and very cooperative.
Things need improvement
Metro station is not near by the society because of that society’s connectivity is not that good. banquet hall is not there in the society.

Good things here
Society is really good as transporation facilities are easily approachable near by the society..there are good schools and hospitals near by the society.High security system in the society as all the areas are under cctv survilance.Crowd of the people is good and kind and coperative in the society.Society is neat,clean and well maintained.24/7 water and electricity supply is available in the society.
Things need improvement
Quality of the construction is poor as every year there is problem of seepage which owners has fix on there own.There only few amenities like garden and kids pay area only,there is no swimmimg pool and club house in the society.

Connectivity of the society is really good like eveything is easily approachable near by the society.Hiranandani itself has good schools and hospitals that they are offering there residents around the society.All the modern amenities like swimmimg pool,club house,gym,kids play area is available near by the society.Quality of the construction is top notch there no issues regarding construction.Society is highly secured and well maintained.

The only problem which comes accross is the traffic around the society which is very inconvenient for the daily working people.

Good things here
Connectivity of the society is really good,local transportation is easy to approach near by the society.Quality of the construction is good rooms are very well designed and beautiful.All the amenities are available inside the society like swimmimg pool,club house gym,kids play area for newer constructions.Crowd of the people is also good,decent and well educated.There is huge parking area in the society,anyone can buy as many parking they want.
Things need improvement
There are lot more buildings has been constructed inside the hiranandani so if you go inside the hiranandani area traffic is unmanageble because there are lots of vehicles inside the campus.Buildings has become very conjusted and due to construction work area is bit noicy all the time.

Good things here
According to my living experience,the society is really cool as there are good restaurants near by the society.Quality of the construction is really good ,strong and steady as there are no issues regarding seepage.Society is highly maintained and cleaniness is really good in the society.
Things need improvement
There is lots of traffic issues around the society which is very inconvenient.There are only few amenities in the society as i live in old building of hiranandani.We get to know that the society is going to deconstructed and there will be mall kind of thing in front of our building which is very disturbing for the residents.

Good things here
Society was really good place to live as there was big lobby and very attentive managing commitee.All the modern amenities were available in the society like swimming pool,club house,gym,kids play area etc.maintenance facilities were really good and easily approachBuild quality was really good and there was no issues regarding leakage and seepage.
Things need improvement
There was no railway station near by the society but the bus services was available near by the society.As we were living in sample flat so there no connection for fan in the unit.

Good things here
Connectivity is really good as there is railway station,bus stop near by the society even local transport is also easy to access near by the society local market is easy to approach and there is demart just beside the society.Spacious parking is alloted with the units in the apartment.High security system as there are cctv in all the areas.All the festivals are being celebrated in the society.Build quality is good and there is no leakage and seepage issues in the apartment.
Things need improvement
There are no amenities available in the society but we can access hiranandani's club house and lifts and parking is available.
