Staying in Anant Raj Maceo has been a great experience. The greenery of the society is on another level, the overall feel of the society is brilliant. The staff is friendly and there are lots of activities for children like table tennis and skating. I really like staying here.,
Metro connectivity is not available currently. The cement and plaster quality is a bit poor. As of now there is no swimming pool.,

The rooms are spacious and fit my budget well. Plus, it's easy to get around from here. Overall, I'm very happy with my choice to live here.

Living here is pretty nice. Public transport is easy to find, which is convenient for getting around. The management takes care of things well, and being close to Manesar is a plus.
The club facilities are not yet available, and the location is quite far from Delhi. Additionally, the main road connection is not open because the road is still under construction.

The society has spacious outdoor areas and a large pool with fountain features that are illuminated at night. The apartments are not tall buildings and have large balconies.
The main highway can be a bit challenging as there is still ongoing construction work in progress.

The society is still under construction, many aspects remain unfinished and incomplete. This includes the club amenities, which are not yet available for use. Additionally, the presence of a 24-meter service road dividing the project poses a challenge to residents. As construction progresses and amenities are completed, residents can look forward to a more comprehensive and functional living environment within the society.

It's a beautiful society with a green environment that is well-maintained.
The roads need to be constructed properly, especially during rain. Waterlogging is a significant issue during the day, causing difficulty for people to move around.

In these apartments, there is a camera-equipped swimming pool, some shops, and arrangements for Ola e-rickshaws, providing additional conveniences for the residents.
Referring to the apartment, there is a significant amount of dirt in the surrounding areas, such as the streets in Khat, Kalyan. The cleanliness and living conditions are impacted by this issue.

The management and facilities are excellent, and the fellow residents are well-behaved and educated. The surroundings offer a great view. Everyone is supportive and friendly. The parking areas are kept clean, and the management efficiently handles and resolves both minor and major issues promptly. Being a part of the Tata family is a source of pride.
The ongoing construction work brings dirt and dust into the rooms. Maintenance costs are higher than expected. Local people sometimes create chaos, and the proximity to the highway means members are disturbed by traffic noise and horns. During the rainy season, first floor parking gets flooded due to its low level. Additionally, some towers experience wall leakage issues during rainy periods.

For recreational activities, there's a playground for kids and a jogging track on the 14th floor. The flats are well-lit with excellent ventilation, providing ample space. Conveniently, all necessary shops for daily needs are nearby. The community offers additional amenities like a clubhouse, a turf for cricket, and space for events.
Living near the bypass has the downside of experiencing heavy traffic noise, contributing to a noisy environment. Additionally, the area is affected by heavy pollution. Maintenance costs are high, adding a considerable financial burden. The lifts are a bit slow, and improvements in their efficiency could enhance resident experience.
