Good things here
School- There are several renowned school is close proximity, such as Manthan International School, Vista International School. Hospital- You have access to hospital like Aksha Hospitals, Shree Hospital and Aparna Hospitals. Restaurants- There are various restaurents nearby, oneof them being Theeth Masala. Market- It is nearly 5-10 min drive.
Things need improvement
There is no dislike about the property because It is well maintained property. Every people conclude the common point to work.

The society has a low population density, with friendly and cooperative residents who celebrate festivals like Diwali, Dusshera, and Holi together. Maintenance both outside and inside is good, with high-quality construction and amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, and play area available.
Things need improvement
Residents in this society face connectivity issues outside as buses, shopping malls, schools, and hospitals are not nearby, requiring them to travel a distance of 5 kilometers for access.

The connectivity of the society is excellent due to the presence of supermarkets, several schools, hospitals, and petrol stations all located Nallagandla area within a 3km radius of the community. The open spaces within the community are also excellent, providing ample room for everyone to walk around freely and offering plenty of space for children to play. The maintenance of the community is good, with regular garbage collection and an uninterrupted water supply. Amenities such as the gym, swimming pool, and indoor games facilities are well-maintained. Additionally, the construction quality of the buildings is high, with no issues such as seepage, and regular painting is underway.
Things need improvement
The issue within this community arises from the obstructed balcony view caused by surrounding buildings, which limits the visibility of the outdoors.

Parking area maintainc is good .The entering gate is well maintained and with dust bins entrance enhaces both security and overall asthetics .

The greenary is not well-maintained .The charges for monthly maintainence are increased.Some people are not paying maintaince charges properly.
