There's high security with two guards present 24/7 in each lane, and it's conveniently close to shops like the J Block market, which is popular. Plus, it's within walking distance of the DDA sports complex. Amity school and a Delhi government school are just opposite this society.

Due to the higher population, privacy may be limited. Additionally, the road conditions are subpar, making the society average overall.

The society lacks electricity backup due to its aged infrastructure, and there are some issues with the exterior roofing.
